The intership packages or stipend are from 1 lakh per month to as high as 2.5 lakh in good tech companies. Other students pursue research internship in labs of professors in the institute of in IITs, NITs , IISERs or Niser .

The internship offers are quite great. This year for summer internships the highest stipend was 2.5 Lakhs per month and the average was around 1 lakh per month . People do internships in industry and in labs of different institutions of national importance as well like IITs , IISERs , CMI , NISER etc.

i am in my 1st year hence not eleigible for internships but mostly the students work under the faculties on many research projects and open problems. students also get quite good stipend as well for their work.

Placements are provided by the collge. Also, after first three years, we can also go for internships and learn basic skills. Also we have a choice to pursue Masters if we wish to after completing our Bachelors degree.

Students from 2nd year onwards apply for internships, and are offered good positions, they take their opportunities to develop practical knowledge on data science and industrial skills. Almost everyone who apply for internships are offered positions.

Overall, for those people who love maths, ISI is THE BEST option, even more than IITs. I can say this with confidence since I left IIT Kgp Systems for ISI. Such students are very common in ISI. Unfortunately, a vast majority of students are not aware of this wonderful opportunity.

Placement is always 100% successful because the institute has good tie-ups with the industry. With an average salary of INR 19 LPA the institute offers a successful placement drive. Companies like Reliance, Deloitte etc come for placement.

The maximum salary offered was Rs 40.97 LPA and average was Rs 25.05 LPA for 2017-2019 session. Total 60 students were selected for 2017-2019 batch. There is great enthusiasm to maintain the excellent opportunity from the placement drive.
