Teaching of the college teaching staff of the college

Not having any personal space for students to sit while they are free

Jai hind sindhiyo ki nagari

Likes

Jai hind collage is a very great collage as they provided opportunities to student to develop their capabilities and also help them to grow their talant
There are various cultural and sports activity which help yhem to grow their skills
Not only sports but academic are also very good of jai hind and there are very big businessman and celebrity who have studied from jai hind collage

Dislikes

Timing of my course as i have to woke up early in morning and i live in malad so it become difficult
I do not like that many students bunk their class so jai hind is not strict in that
Canteen sandwich is not good but fried rice is wowewww

I am doing bcom in jai hind and believe me its the great experience i love my class mate teachers classes faculties and they are very friendly to me as i am an outstation so they help me alot to find what ever i want

Get to know about Jai Hind

The atmosphere in the classroom is quiet and the teachers are also very supportive , as they are very helpful in nature and whenever any student has a doubt they clear their doubt without any problem and their teaching is also very good
There is also an personal auditorium / foyer of the Jai Hind college where there are multiple events in which the students participate and enjoy and get to learn about many things and gives the students interesting experiences which helps students.
There are many events held in the college which help the students to learn and gain many life learnings like to manage the crowd , to talk to new and famous people , this helps us to become confident and it also boost our morale to learn new things .

Dislikes

There is just a single elevator in the college for the students other than service lift just for teachers , etc and there is a very big queue outside the elevator and many times students get late for their lectures because of standing in the queue .
The attendance in Jai hind college is very strict , sometimes when we are really not available for attending the college , teachers don’t understand, sometimes there is some medical reason or some personal reason but the teachers don’t understand .
The college timings for BCOM course in Jai hind college is very early in the morning , it starts around 7:30 in the morning and it ends around 11:30 and sometimes teachers are also absent for the lectures, students have problems relating lecture time

I chose BCOM course because I wanted to do something in the finance field which will help me in the future for becoming a financial accountant or a financial analyst and in this course all parts of finance are covered which will help me to do something great in the finance field

My college is best college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is really a good relevant course. It has a well curriculum prepared which teaches about the real world and also helps in life . I don't think so the course needs any improvement and even the teaching methods of the course is the best.

The crowd is the best thing about this college
classroom especially computer labs they are so well arranged
The non teaching staff are actually very helpful

Dislikes

The college canteen should be big coz there is a very small place for cafeteria
They should have parking for students for atleast 2 wheeler
Colleges campus should be a little large

After joining Jai Hind College, which is one of the top-notch institutions in Mumbai, I started to explore myself in ways I hadn’t before. The environment here is extremely socially engaging, where people genuinely meet and communicate
The principal of Jai hind College is incredibly approachable and well behaved with college students making atmosphere more comfortable! Even faculty members are so supportive here
The campus here is larger than I expected offering ample of space to learning and social activities the college keeps seminar frequently to keep students updated on the latest trends ! Additionally jai hind host many fest and events throughout the yr

Dislikes

College canteen is not good as I expected to be the best

Placement Experience:

I know a senior but he got placement in accenture with the package of 5 lakhs lpa. And many of them got the placement from the college. Some of them got offer by themselves. We are eligible for campus placement after sem 4 or sem 5. Companies which visited jai hind College are Accenture, Zoho , TCS , Infosys, Microsoft, Mahindra, hcl , Wipro, Amazon etc !! Highest package from IT was 15 Lakh lpa and average package was 3 lakh lpa. I don't know properly maybe in Previous year from 68 students. 50 students got placement. My plan is to do master and side by side Artificial Intelligence course and developing skills in programming language

Honest college review of Jai Hind College

Likes

good campus. location of campus is good with marine drive right next to it
canteen food is good and hygienic, variety of food is available
library is good, with enough books and seating space

Dislikes

no ground is available in the campus for any sports
no parking space available for students within the campus

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students are eligible for placement. multiple MNCs come for placements like deloitte, berger, reliance, ernst and young, etc. highest packasge is around 9 lakhs pa and median package is about 3.5 lakhs pa. maximum students who sit for placement gets placed. i will be pursuing masters degree after my bachleors.

College Committees, Fests and Events help a lot in holistic development

The academic curriculum consisting of AA and AAA activities is very helpful in the overall development of the student. The courses are also very inclusive and are open to various kinds of academic and non academic opinions in the respective field

True life of jaihindites

Likes

The campus of the college is pretty with seating area and it is close to the station
Class rooms are air conditioned with comfortable benches
Canteen facility along with great variety of food is available

Dislikes

Compulsion towards the fulfillment of extra CC points
Lift doesn't work alot of times and then we have to take stairs to go all the way to the 5th floor
Benches are not that comfortable to sit on

There are few extra curriculum subjects which consume alot of time of the students for no reason and they have to study it as per the rules however exams are conducted in a very well manner and teaching methods of the teachers are not that great
