There is a college fest like aavahan which is a sports fest and there are several clubs in college too which give a boost to students for performing their best in college and enjoy.
Yes, thare are scholarship opportunities for many students of obc sc and st categories.
Faculties are good here, they are kind, helpful and way of teaching is very nice.

Dislikes

Worst part of college is that no placement are being done companies are not visiting college
Admission process is simple but you may face problems in some situations.
Only few students got hostels and hostels conditions are not good

Jabalpur engineering college is good government college
According to me, faculties are not perfect of all subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college faculties are good,and cource curriculum is also good. College campus is neat and clean. Laboratory work is very poor, laboratory facilities are not good and very lazy. Almost all teachers has PHD degree, Teaching methods are good,not perfect.

Environment and studies in jec.

Likes

I like the environment of this college very much.
The teachers here are very supportive and help the students in every situation.
The classrooms are very good and the buildings of all the departments are also good.

Dislikes

One has to travel a long distance to reach the college grounds.

Placement Experience:

In this college, students become eligible for placements in the 4th year. Many companies come here for placements and give offers. Every year at least 50% of the children are placed here. I want to get placement in some company after getting this degree.

Likes

Better faculty teachers who teach us in better way.
Library is best so you can learn their as Library have a large sitting area.
College campus is also looking good and eco friendly as well Aesthetic.

Dislikes

High security for students also and even Vehicle rules aslo applied inside college like 2 person on Bike not more than that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is based on the JABALPUR ENGINEERING AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE OF JABALPUR itself. They have their own course syllabus. Which is more better than the RGPV university of Bhopal. Faculty ratio is also good in this college.

I liked the club activities and various opportunities the college is providing us with
The sports fest and inter college where we get to go to different esteemed college and exchange our college stffs
The college clubs organising a lot of events majorly literature club and singing club where students showcase their talent and ideas

Dislikes

The infrastructure of college can be improved to a great extent
Frequency of events and concerts can be increased
Students should be given enough time or duration to the completion of a semester

I was interested in computer related stuff The students who took admission in IT are in ration of 1:6 girls to boys Some are on daily basis or guest faculty while others are professors We were given very less time to get settled Semester exmas were after 3 months duration and it was quite a hazzle to pass them and prepare for em

Placement is very very low, no internship opportunities

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester you are eligible for placements but the placement is very very low in the college day by day.. 20 out of 100 students get placed.. My plan is to do gate exam after that I wil try to be placed in govt job.

Is jabalpur engineering College is worth it

Likes

College library and students have many time to do other things .
75% attendance is required but after that students have lot of time to work in other field

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not good and the college are not working on it
The hostels in college are not for everyone, there are limited seat in hostels

Placement Experience:

The placement of is not good at this time . Companies are not visiting our college and that is very big problem for students. Students are trying very good in other fields and getting placed out of campus

Area of campus and the fees structure in the college.
I like the books that are present in the library of my college.
Some of the faculties having good behaviour towards us.

Dislikes

The things which I do not like in my college is interaction with the senior.
Faculties or not coming in a classes on time.
One of the major things which most of the students Donald not like about my colleges the renovation of a buildings.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Masacculty members are well but not so good because most of the time they are not used to coming in the classes. But the schedule for the exams are on time. Most of the faculties are from the reputed colleges are the organisations.

My experience in an autonomous college

Likes

This is a government college so you can go to the college any time.
The best thing is that there is no dress code in college

Dislikes

Poor sports activities,All the computers in the computer lab remain switched off.
They keep creating many files in the name of practical, but do not get the practical done.

I choose B.Tech because I have a strong passion for technology and a keen interest in engineering. The B.Tech curriculum aligns with my career goals, offering a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications. Life of JECANS

Likes

Management is very good while Infrastructure is average
Good clubs which is provide full support to make the good career in that field.
Faculty is also very good but not enough faculty members present in our branch

Dislikes

Assignment given as a formality like it is not provided any benefit to the students
Labs is average which is i don't like because practical knowledge is very necessary.
Canteen open for limited days which is also I am not like

Because I am interested in electrical , nowadays many students prefer CS branch for b.tech so there is more competition for gate exam and campus exams .Good PSUs available for electrical branch which provides better salary and comfortable job
