There is a college fest like aavahan which is a sports fest and there are several clubs in college too which give a boost to students for performing their best in college and enjoy.
Yes, thare are scholarship opportunities for many students of obc sc and st categories.
Faculties are good here, they are kind, helpful and way of teaching is very nice.

Dislikes

Worst part of college is that no placement are being done companies are not visiting college
Admission process is simple but you may face problems in some situations.
Only few students got hostels and hostels conditions are not good

My college life

Likes

I like the faculty here, the classes are good and the structure is good, but the placement is not good.

Dislikes

I dislike the canteen There is no good food at all, even if you do get it, you get stomach ache after eating.
I don't like the teacher's behavior no matter what. If we talk to him nicely, sometimes he doesn't talk to us.

Because of fee structure is very nice if any financial condition of any student can study here of b technology easy Faculty are very good and students are very hardworking and talented in different different fields Exam 3-3 months semester for 1 year

The college is good because its government college

I liked the infrastructure of AI BUILDING library
I liked the sports department there is almost all facilities
Parking area is also good and the faculty is also good

Dislikes

I disliked the placement of college placement are poor
Also dislike the infrastructure of college

The placement is moderate average package is 2.5 lakh and highest package is 10 12 lakh some times companies is not intrusted in our college big companies are not come there is tcs Infosys and some steel companies are come

I liked the most is avahan fest here its so enjoyable moment
Teachers here are so great they teach us so good
Very good environment for study and Library is so good

Dislikes

There is kinda need of renewvation in this college
There should be more curriculum activities
Overall renewvation is needed here is most

I see very vast opportunity in this course and i like to study cse . Here faculty members are so good they guide us toh success. Mostly teachers has done phd . Here 1 sem is about 4 to 4.5 months adn to pass it it depends upon us .

Faculty is good college area or campus is quite large.
Not any restriction, faculty are much helpful and resoursefull
Every branch has their their own department buildings

Dislikes

College buildings are old and broken and old building are useless they must be renewed
Lack of instruments and devices use in experiments

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like science specially physics and maths I think we have the best faculty any college ever have It is difficult to assume the students to faculty ratio but there are sufficient teacher to provide better sources for study Exams are obviously tough and to pass the end semester exam students has to use their full potential

TRUTH ABOUT JEC

Likes

u will get plenty of time other than classes
campus placements for IT and CSE branches are quite good
all proffesors have great skills to clear complex concepts in simpler manner.

Dislikes

jabalpur enginnering college didn"t offer any opportunities
grounds are not well maintained ,sport culture is not well
only few students got hostels and hostels conditions are not good

the proffesors has remarkable ability to explain complex concepts in clwar and concise manner . overall proffesors have great teaching style and passion for the subject have lest a lasting impression on me .

From semester 6 students become eligible for campus placement. 60-70 percentage to cs /it students get placement offer generally . Few companies come and they offers average of 6-7 LPA and the highest till now is 17 LPA

ABOUT JEC

Likes

Fees structure and attendance criteria and campus.
Ncc has a lot opportunities in jec to grow
Oldest machines that is too older does not find in anywhere

Dislikes

There is very less placement opportunities
There is no support for the sports like Badminton,football etc
Cgpa criteria is very strict and not good for the future of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I do not want to choose this core branch but unfortunately I got this branch because of my percentile.so,I have to compromise with it.In jec you have to be self dependent that no body gonna help you here, no faculty will support for any type of studies, there is no lab sessions as there is no faculty in lab's.The 6 months semester end in 3 to 4 months you did not get sufficient time for your studies.

campus life and feees is low .it is an government college so the extra fun was with friends who are supporting and kind nature.placements are another aspect where villege is not mucha s good as but 8t is quite low.

Dislikes

placements of the college is quite bad. .

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for campus in the 4th year of 7th sem.In 2023 till present here were total 5 companies visited nad some people also grabbed offcampus high packages and a average package is 3 lpa per annum.the highest package avail by the student is 52lpa.

My college from my perspective

Likes

The way the faculty talks to the students in the college is much better, like making the students well informed about their future
I found it much better to have clubs in college which is better for personality development.
Another thing that is better is that students get instruction from each other.

Dislikes

Not supporting teachers in extra-curricular activities.
College structure not being renewed because the college structure is not that good.
The placements are gradually decreasing every year because this is not right.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My only motive for choosing electrical engineering was that I had more interest in it than other branches. And as far as the teachers here are concerned, they study much better which is understandable at the practical level. Better in lab etc. And classes are held much better on time also. The exam level is quite tough, that is, what an electrical engineer should know is asked in the exam, this process is much better

jec is affordable college for degree completion

descent clubs in jec jabalpur , where c-cube is all time active club in jabalpur engineering college
sceniors are good in jabalpur engineering college
college gate size is good apart jec infrastructure and building .

Dislikes

placement is not good in jec jabalpur , placement is decrease in every year
building and classrooms are not in well condition
less faculty is big reason for jec academic

i choose this course because i want to become an electrical engineering student . faculty is not so good in my college , student ratio is quite good in my class there is 35 :45 (girls :boys ) ratio, here most of the teachers are guest faculty , a few of permanant teacher . guest faculty completed his post graduation and permanant scenior faculty completed phd ,.. after 4 month semester exam is conduct by exam cell of jec jabalpur
