Not much more a burden for the parents to pay this and every type of scholarship is available here which is best .
I liked some helpful and very good teachers, they really help in exams like giving selection
Eligibility was based on jee rank , reservation were made accordingly, the environment is quite competitive, faculties are student friendly and helpful towards others .

Dislikes

Placement facility is very very bad highest in campus package is rarely 6-7 lakh only known company came here is tata power with 6.1lpa package.
The hostel mess is very bad and they are not provide good food.
Placement is very average in our college they provide no internship

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Likes

Best Department support and club facilities is also good . All clubs are active and no ragging seniors are very supportive.

Dislikes

Teaching quality can be better and placement is also not that good also internship facilities can be improved

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

Parala maharaj engineering college

The campus is good here because it's a bit spacious
The campus is very green hence a good environment tp live in
The faculties here are helpful and good , they help with studies and personal affairs too

Dislikes

The college is very far from city and hence the basic facilities are not available sometimes
The college has almost no placements, so not to expect anything from college
The college classess and building are not well equipped, well maintained etc

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is very bad, the highest package offered here was 12 lpa and the average salary of each and every department is very low, the the placements ratio is also not very good as said by the seniors, if no placements offered by the college, deciding to pursue higher degree from foreign for better life. From 6 th semester the students become capable of getting internships, very less companies visit here and the offers done are also not much. The average package is around 3-4 lpa for almost all branches. Close to 70-75 percent students get placed here . My plan is pursuing higher degree from college after completing this degree

I liked the most is our canteen food.. we have daily variety menu
Infrastructure is beautiful also having libraries
Faculties are very friendly and mixing in nature

Dislikes

The worst thing is the placement in this college i disiked
Some seniors misbehave and ragging sometimes
As this is full of trees once we find cobra in our college

College ki hunar

Likes

I love that there are small small shops like snacks shops and foods that we love to it in the evening
Campus is very big and the quality of social interaction like seniors are good but sometimes they do ragging to 1st year students..
Faculties are so much experienced... One of the faculty I know he is from iisc banglore but I don't know why he is here after completing his higher tasks in these universities

Dislikes

I disliked it's placement methods....in a year so much of internal assignments but at the end of the course only students gets placed by 2 laakh 3 lakh which is very low amount
I also disliked some of the seniors show disrespect
Curriculum are best but so little activities are there and most of the tym only exams we have to give

Placement Experience:

At the end of 5th or 6th semesters students become eligible for campus placements ... Companies visited like Tpcodl, Infosys, DRDO etc.. highest package is 12 lakh.. but the average is 2 to 3 lakh only this is the biggest problem or you can say biggest downfall of this college

My Ideal College

Likes

There is needed some improvements in playground and garden structure. Also needed development in structure of classrooms.
I engage with sports of college like kabaadi and tree plantation program
The quality of infrastructure is not developed. It need improvement .

Dislikes

I don't like the structure of classroom and electricity facility.
Also don't like the senior's behavior in college campus on juniors.
Then, don't like the maintenance of college in perfect time.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies who are visited for placement. They are: 1.Tata 2. Adobe 3. Adani Ports 4. Amazon 5. Afcon 6. Flipkart 7. Ashok Leyland 8. Maruti Suzuki 9. Mahindra

A great place to grow

This college is fully surrounded with greenery, students friendly environment given by the college .
This college is having highly qualified professors. These professors qualified from different IITs ,NITs and from IIMs .You will be grateful by knowing their knowledge level
You can find the hostels facilities here whereas in other college you rarely find hostels. Both for boys and girls hostels are available.

Dislikes

In these past 5 years placements are so poor in this college ,but its improving year by year , hope for the best in coming years
You will not find good food in college campus hostel,but you can eat in canteen.
This college is having very bad water . Worst kind of water I found here .

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students are eligible for placement . After 3rd year students can seat for companies. Different giant companies like TATA, wipro are coming. Highest is 17 lpa and the lowest is 1.8 lpa. 60 percentage of the students are getting placed in every brach. My plan is nothing but to get a good company

As the college have everything you need perticularly the labs are well equipped and regularly maintained
The institute hav some club which make sure that your campus life goes well club are like Cadence, sanskruti, robotics, writera, shadow, inagics
Facultys are very friendly are helpful and they have the best degree, infrastructure are good enough that you can do the basics, this course also offer personal development with some subject like etw.

Dislikes

The playground are not well maintained, that is partially maintained and no indoor courts are there and the ncc ground is not maintained properly
The labs is well equipped with the equipment but in some parts it is lacking behind for . There equipment for the basic s year but for the final year they don't have proper equipment
the hostel gate closing time for 1 st year it is 7 pm and for senior it is 11 pm , and for girls it is 6 pm and the main gate is closed by 9 pm . It looks like your in a school not in college

Yes, we have the best placement cell at our college. According to my knowledge, in placement cell, 5 to 10 teachers are excellent in interview skills. It helps students to prepare for the interviews and train them for a good placement. It ensures each student can get a good placement. It takes the recruiters to placement cell for placement of our students. They encourage students to have faith.

Likes

The campus life is very good. The campus is full of chaos and greenery . There are lot of monkeys inside the campus but they don't harm anyone. The infrastructure is very good.
The college was built in 2009 and according to that year the college infrastructure is very good . You will get a healthy environment. The seniors are very supportive . The campus is ragging free.
The faculties are very knowlegeous. Especially in first year we see a lot of guest faculties who had completed their degrees from renowned institute .

Dislikes

The campus is very far from the main city but the transportation facility is very good. Although the market is very far but there are a lot of shops named as utility block where u can find all kinds of stuffs.
The workshop area is very dirty mainly the welding and the fitting block. No maintainance is there. The solar powered car made by the students ia now just a piece of garbage due to no maintainance.
The class schedule is very hectic . As the college follows the rules made by BPUT , rourkela which makes the schedule more hectic. No syllabus completion on time but we have to give the examination.

The placemnt in this college is very poor . Like average 3- 4 lakhs per annum in cities like Banglore is not worthy .... The rent of a shared flat/pg is almost 10 to 15 thousands and the inhand salary is almost under 30 thousands and there are a lot of other expenses also. The companies use to visit this college are : WIPRO,TCS,INFOSYS,TATA POWER, JSW, JINDAL PANTHER and many other small startups. The intership opportunities is provided by TATA power, DRDO (UNPAID) and many more but most of them are unpaid . The percentage of students getting placed are almost 60 percent not more thant that for sure . The highest package offered last year was 7 lpa to 3 students and minimum package was 1.3 lpa. From 4th and 5the semester your are almost eligible for internship but after 7the semester you are eigible for campus placements.

Overview of PMEC

Likes

The things I liked that the infrastructure of the college like well facilited classroom and labs
Other thing is the campus environment it very natural and comfortable feel environment of campus which is expose to natural environment.
The amount of fees of the college is very less and affordable for a middle class family rather than other government college.

Dislikes

Things I dislike that the management of college it's little poor.
The transport facility is very poor of this college very less public transport available nearer to collect.

By honest with u. The placement of this college is poor. The average placement is approx 3 lpa. The companies like Mahindra, tata power, Infosys, ultratech cement company etc. The highest package is about 10 lpa from CSE branch and the lowest is 1.2 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is about 30-40 percent. My plan after getting degree is go for off campus placement.
