Government Engineering College Rajkot Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I choose it because it's my favorite choice. faculty and students have a good ratio of their relationship. The faculty is a good qualified and has good achievements. The mid-exam was good and it's difficult to pass the exam but students do hard work and achieve it.

In my branch, most of the students are placed during our placements. The highest package offered in my branch is 6-7lakh per annum and the lowest 2lakh per annum. Many famous companies are recruiting our students. In fields like software development, hardware masters, etc.

In our college students get placed every year. Our highest and lowest package offered is 3.5 - 6 lakh per anum. companies like tark,improvise,tatva soft, etc are top recruiting companies in this college. Software and hardware computer engineering are mostly placed.

At the end of the 6th sem campus placement starts. Our last batch gets an average of 4.5 LPA and the highest 7 LPA package for computers and it branch. Our placement is 80. After my degree, I have to get placed in MNCs.

The placement rate is the good average package is four to four point five lakhs and the highest is nine. Above 6.5 cgpi can sit in placements and then you can get a chance to get hired company like Maruti, techno lab, simfom, etc.

The placements in the civil department are like not much is there but they provide internships but last, there is no placement. But after graduation, one can apply on their own and can get a job according to their field

My plan after the degree is to go for higher studies abroad. I want to keep my studies going on and I have decided to do PhD in future and try to become a good professor in a college. After the degree, I'll do the job also for my experience in the industrial field and also for industrial knowledge.

I am choosing the civil engineering course because of my interest in the civil field. The faculty is very helpful to clear all doubts. Faculty take daily lectures and practice also in lab season. All faculty are PhD and their method of teaching is very easy to understand. In 2 months take mid sem exam. And submission viva and main exam will be taken.

The placements are decent. Companies like Reliance, Enfochip, and Adani have visited the campus and students got an avg of 3-4 LPA. The companies also provided many perks other than the salary, like flexible working hrs, HRA, courses for higher studies, etc.
