Teaching faculty is really good , teachers really love to interact with the students .
Scholarship like emedhabruti, post matric scholarship etc as well as they can get various private sector scholarship such as radhanath rath scholarship, tata pankh scholarship, lic scholarship etc...
The campus is very beautiful .the students are very friendly and the teachers also friendly.

Dislikes

The political chaos in the college is what makes most of the students uncomfortable. But as far as it is for the good , then no worries.
As a result u don't get any notification or notices in time . Lab facilities are average and lab materials are somehow damaged or not available so u don't get opportunity to enhance your lab skills.Politics is also reason for which reputation is down
College corridor is not clean so students face many problems

In internship we don’t get any type of financial help
That’s I don’t like anymore.not fault of college employees

My father and mother says that it's a very good course and also u can get money along with respect. So that I pursue this course. And continuing also I love this course . At first I don't like it but now everything is fine

I like the campus. It is environmental friendly
The quality of infrastructure is unbelievable.

Sweet & Sour : BJB Autonomous College

Likes

I like the teachers encouragement to participate in different types pf seminars and different competitions.
Campus life is too good and we got opportunity to meet our senior and juniors making our bonds more beautiful.
Student and alumni interaction session is my personal favorite as we got career guidance.

Dislikes

Poor sanitation in the washrooms. There is not bucket there. Sometimes water flow is not proper.
In our library we are accessed to a limited number of books though there is a large of books in the library.
There is no common room for boys and girls.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is designed in such a beautiful manner it's very easy to understand. I personally belong to science background. And changed my stream to arts with sociology honors. Seriously I have no idea about sociology but the course structure is designed so well that I easily understood the subject and currently its my favorite being from science background. And the participation if the teachers is really appreciable. Sociology provides a wide range of scope and includes everything in its study matters. Its provides wide exposure.Frequency of the exam is twice a year one midsem and others end sem. Besides that teachers frequently opt for class tests after the completion of the course.

Dance , drawing , photography , videography
Cooking, writing poetry and stories , crafting
Cooking , listening music , also etc etc

I don't like to study , don't like to go to college
I don't like to talk to peoples blah blah blah
I don't like anything i don't like to go to college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like to dance. I want to be a dancer in future. I need to focus on myself and enhancing my talents. Bhubaneswar is the best area to grow like in Odisha. Exams are part of life not so tough to not easy tho

Study Environment of bjb college is good
Faculty are also very friendly and very talented
The seminar and presentation and study tour

Dislikes

There nothing like that I dislike about my college
Because of party and elections process sometimes seems to be like battle war
Overall everything is good and perfect and nice

Placement Experience:

Yes there are so many placement that college gives to students of average 15 lakh per annum I think . Those which are not understanding any placement there are many things a student can vldo after cource either preparation for competative or persuing pg or went to any private sector

Likes

The friendliness of teachers to that of students
The cleanliness of campus which make more shine to it
Behaviour of other than academic staff is also good

Dislikes

Time of classes should be fix for a specific batch
Seniors could have more cordial to juniors
Overally college should be more specified to students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Courses are very comprehensive as well as exam oriented. Students must have keep notes and do daily practice so that they can assume good marks in the exam. This is minimum course a department must have. Although it is comprehensive it can be easily memorized.

College classrooms, Campus Area, Auditorium Hall
Faculties especially HODs of all departments or all streams
College staffs & our honourable principal, they all are very cooperative.

Dislikes

College Washroom, Shortage of washroom, unhygienic areas
Changing timings of classes, shortage of rooms for classroom teaching
College Canteen could be better, unavailability of sitting areas and some students are very careless.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Always wanted to study in arts stream cause I like the subjects very much so I chose this course. Yeah, The curriculum is good and in some way it prepares me for further academic pursuits and for real world applications as well. Improvement is needed in some areas like way of teaching, maintaining a particular time for class room teaching, giving gaps or a proper time period between exams and making a bit easy curriculum. Yes it's getting very difficult for me in case of exams.

It is basically updated as per students UPSC syllabus and comprises of many contemporary events and happenings of social life of human being. Timing of exams are also good every end sem is happening in 6 months having good and ample times to prepare for exams

This College is situated at the centre Heart of Bhubaneswar it is closely located to The Biju Patnaik Airport and Bhubaneswar Railway station.
The College Infrastructure is extremely Excellent and overwhelming . There is well near and clean Administrative Block And The New Building of Arts block.
College Has its own big playground. A park in front of Administrative Block and volleyball court The parking facility is also Good

Dislikes

Administration could be more enhanced regarding students personality development.
There should be better Centeen Facility for all students.
Nothing much more disliking about the college should have proper guide map of the building for new comers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The 3 years Of History Hons Course has a comprehensive study of in-depth History of The world European History American History History of India Ancient Medieval Modern History of Our state Odisha . The mid semester is of 20 mark And the End semester is of 80 mark
