- Leaving hostel after 1st year is bad. college will have to build more hostel buildings.

This college is the best private colleges in Madhya Pradesh and this is also the 1st private college of MP. Placement scenerio is very good. They also provide quality education. And this was one of the best option for me.

Admission:
I take admission on the basis of iit jee mains exam basis and my 12th number was also good so on the basis of these criteria, I have alloted this college, I am very happy. in 2014 merit list was basis on the 60% jee mains marks and 40 % 12th mark and finally prepare merit list.

I have scored 32 in Jee Mains in 2016 and then I have to register for mp counseling but I have no idea which college would I able to secure because previous year cutoff for civil engineering in good private college were high. My two choices were L.N.C.T. and Oriental but my luck was good and I got admission in L.N.C.T. and I have taken civil engineering. Course curriculum is decided by AICTE so it's well designed and also from my year the B.tech degree is give which has more practical aspect and have great importance and weightage in final scores but as I am from civil engineering I have some problems regarding repeating of practical content, otherwise it's well designed and very compatible with GATE syllabus.

This college focuses a lot on discipline and attendance. Sometimes you will even think that it's a school. But after sometime you will get used to it. Moreover attendance is very important if you are in Lnct don't take it lightly.

I have a few friends from LNCT and here is their insight on the institute.
- All of the colleges in the LNCT group are more or less the same in every way, including the majority of the faculty.
- All three (LNCT, LNCTS, and LNCTE) are on the same campus. You will have similar college events, such as tech fests, etc.
- Most importantly, when it comes to placement, you will be considered the same as LNCT students, and there will be no discrimination.
- Unlike other colleges, in LNCTE, you will have to conduct your experiments in the lab.
- The books in the library are standard textbooks that are useful for a student who is preparing for a test.
So overall it is a good institute. Go for it.
