Government Engineering College Kozhikode Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students fom third year is eligible for campus placement. But mainly the placement comes for the final year students. Mostly IT companies are offering jobs. Cognizant, L&T, MOZILOR are some of the company in which students have been places. They offers a pay scale of 4 lakhs and 6lakhs per annum. In the batch, a total of 9 students have got placement.

From 6th semester students from our colleges are eligible for campus placement. A few companies like Infosys, walkaround, L&T ..etc are visited. Package in between 1.5-3lakh is provided. A number of students are placed from every branch.

The campus placements are mainly focused on non-core companies. Very few companies like L&T, QBurst, and TCS conduct campus interviews here. The majority of students without back papers get placed in IT companies, and many ones with arrears also got placed in the marketing field of companies like Byjus, Cadela, etc.

Mainly placement starting in the 4th year. Placement companies are mostly in the IT field. So we couldn't get jobs in core companies. only 30% of students are placed in college. Their test was very difficult. I planned to continue higher study after BTech.

A plenty of campus placements are there for the students from seventh semester onwards. Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc are the main companies visited our college. The companies provide a package of above 4 lakh per annum for those who were selected. About 40% of total students are getting placed from college. After graduation, we can apply our resume to various companies and acan attend apprentice programme provided by companies also.

This college had good atmosphere and I saw many students whom I could have friendship with(during the admission) .And all I seek with my life is happiness and I'm getting it in abundance now.Bad aspect includes our online sessions which we are going through at the moment instead of offline sessions which served the purpose of giving different memories which could last for our lifetime.

I selected Government engineering College Kozhikode since because of the number of placements and a valuable facilities of highly qualified professionals and also good and better pass percentage of seniors , And one of the most catchable factor that I'm interested is the location of the college is in town and there are many tourists places near the college and also travel facilities are really awesome and good surroundings for studies.I think mainly no bad images for our institution , Yes, Government engineering College Kozhikode is really awesome to enjoy the joy of Batchelor of technology

Government engineering college Kozhikode is town near by college. Andthe college was situated near the city of Calicut Kerala. Gec kozhikode had a very helpful alumni and the college was really better option for students who wish to take a degree in mechanical engineering and chemical engineering

We are provided with placements from a wide variety of companies. From semester 6 placement opportunities are started. Companies like Wipro TCS bijus Mahindra etc are visiting in the college. The annual income of 3 lakhs to above 10 lakhs are visiting in our college.

There is a direct campus placement. Placements are given to companies with high salaries. Anyway, my plan is to do M.tech
