Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies from the perspective of a First year student

Placement Experience:

As I am still a 1st-semester student, I don't know that much about the placements and job offers, but from what I've heard from my seniors and friends is that there are great placement opportunities in the college. I plan on doing MBA after I've received this degree.

Best college for bcom students

Placement Experience:

I don't have much information regarding placement and salary. I haven't passed out of college so I can't say much about placement offers. Student getting a percentage above 75 do get good placement. I think I am gonna Pursue MBA.

Placement Experience:

The placements are very average like most colleges do. Most of the students getting placements have a percentage like 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to wait for a while and study for TOEFL and IEFT while also learning French and animation.

Remarks:

It was the second top most college of the IP university for BBA. It has good faculties and there is good atmosphere to study. It ranked after Maharaja Surajmal for BBA. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is also situated just beside the Management College.

It is in top 3 colleges under IP University. Also have heard about this college alot in terms of academics and extra curricular activities. My dad's friend is a professor here who also gave me an insight about this college and told me to take admission here which was a good decision to take.

Remarks:

The ranking of the college was an important factor in selecting this college. It had the facilities for extra curricular activities which made it easier to decide to select the college. Though the location of the college is very absurd but it is very close to my home which was easy to compute on a daily basis.

The top college in the university, best for my course i.e., BCom Hons. Large campus area compared to other colleges around, fully air-conditioned classrooms, sports complex for badminton, football ground, athletic ground, basketball court.

Remarks:

My institute/college is an IPU affiliated University which is a plus point to the experienced faculty and disciplined teaching system in my college. And also, A very professional study environment is provided by my college, with proper moot court and a library specifically for law students. They also organise regular seminars with well known lawyers and personalities.

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies (MAIMS) is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and is considered to be amongst the top 10 institutes to pursue BBA. MAIMS established in 2003 is spread over a 10-acre area, and has a total seat break-up for 240 students and a teacher to student ratio of 1:20.

Courses & Eligibility:

The courses offered under BBA are:

BBA (General)- Fees: 2.64 lacs
BBA (Banking and Finance)- Fees: 2.64 lacs
Integrated BBA LLB- Fees: 4.5 lacs
