IILM Lucknow is one of the several campuses of IILM. It majorly focuses on PGDM course with two specializations namely core and finance. Apart from PGDM, the institute also offers MBA programmes under PG domain.
- For PGDM admissions, candidates must qualify any National level Entrance Test like CAT/MAT/XAT followed by Personal Interview round.
- MBA admissions are also done on the basis of score in CAT/MAT/XAT Entrance Exam.
- The eligibility criteria for admission is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks, from a recognized University.
- Candidates in the final year of Graduation are also eligible, for which they have to show the minimum eligibility criteria before the commencement of first term examination.

At IILM, an active career development centre (CDC) trains qualified students in soft skills to prepare them for placements. Pre placement talks, seminars and over 100 campus placement drives are conducted annually.
Other campus locations of IILM include New Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida and Jaipur. IILM Academy of Higher Learning is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam technical University for conducting PG courses. Admissions to these programmes are done on the basis of score in National level Management Entrance Test. Applications are invited by eligible students in online mode as of now.
Highest salary package offered was INR 10.8 lakhs per annum and the cell has tie ups with reputed firms including Axis Bank, ITC, Paytm, Adani Wilmar, Ernst and Young, Google Pay among others.
