Srishti Manipal, a journey

Dislikes

Very unstructured in terms of teaching, and the course keeps getting better for new students and not existing ones.
Materials are not provided, even though the fees is through the roof, and food as well as transport has to be paid for separately.

The first year is a waste of money and time but is useful if you are more into self learning

The fees is definitely high. But we are provided with sufficient internship opportunities. There are no campus jobs as such and no placement. But with a good portfolio , jobs in good companies can be secured easily. Not very affordable.

The fees is paid for every semester on the expensive side only as NIFT is the best of its kind in Design Colleges in India. Also there is good expenditure to buy course material every semester. For 1 year it costs 5.3 lac and in total for 4 years it costs around 21 lacs, which is too expensive.
