PESIT South Campus Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

It is best college for placements and if you are willing to do higher studies there are many faculties that would help in the way to achieve that dream. Most of the faculties want the student to do higher studies so it's not an issue

College management is very disorganized. Everything is done on pen and paper. For example, students have to stand in long queues for paying fees. All the decisions are made last minute and students are troubled for the simple task which can be done by the management easily, especially mechanical stream. They are too much strict with 85 per cent attendance.

Nothing to say but there since a lot of Favourism with a few lecturers which affects the internal marks of students

college management is bit strict but one thing I would say if you are only focused for your career then you will find this place best of all

No. Till now nothing bad remarks of my college. As I am under VTU attendance of 75% is mandatory

Everything is goo only no bad comments and all. But only thing bad about this is we don't have canteen.

Placement is fare enough. Nearly 40% of students get placed. The major companies are Infosys, SAP labs, Polycom, etc. The average package is about 2-3 lakhs. Not many students are placed every year, it depends upon the student.

The college has had placements around 150 companies visit for theories. CS students will get 100% placement and next to cs EC students will get the good theories-but not maintain.

Overall the college is very good in the teaching and placement section. We have 2 canteens in our campus, which has awesome food.

We have large number of placements,the placements are divided with PES main campus and PES south campus,both the college get placements together and done at 1 place,PES main campus is 1st top college in engineering,so most of the companies visited this college.
