Ques. Is the Ph.D. degree from NLDIMSR awarded by the University of Mumbai?
Ans. Yes. NLDIMSR is a recognized Research Centre of the University of Mumbai for Management Studies. The Ph.D. degree is awarded by the University of Mumbai, not by NLDIMSR directly. This makes the degree equivalent to any other University of Mumbai Ph.D. in Management.
Ques. Is it mandatory to clear PET to apply for Ph.D. at NLDIMSR?
Ans. Candidates must have cleared either the PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) conducted by the University of Mumbai or UGC NET including JRF. Both are accepted.
