The faculty here is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Most of the professors hold PhDs and have industry experience, making their teaching methods practical and engaging.

Faculty:

Faculties : Highly Qualified Faculties are there in each and every department with the robust of experience in particular field they are in and they are providing on ground happening examples related to the market for broad perspective.

Dislikes

Less Guest Lecture :- Colleges is calling the guest who are underrated and have a less experience into the industry. They should invite a young enterprenuer in the college to motivate and boost stutdent perspective but they are not doing the same.

Faculty to student ratio is 6:1 . Relation between student and faculty is quite good they are friendly with the students and also helping them in every situation. Easy to approach they are avail to help you out. Name of Faculties :- Mangesh Kasbekar (He is the finest and a very good Professor with the years of experience in Marketing Domain and a good researcher as well) Best Faculties ;- Jyoti Nayar, Baisakhi Mitra, Mangesh Kasbekar. Faculties didn't Like :- None (Every faculty is good) Total Exam in PGDM Course is 6. Level of Difficulty of Exam :- Moderate to Difficult Students fail to clear exam ;- Around 20% to 25%

the professors are very good and highly knowlegedble

the staff of the Institute are friendly but not helpful
the staff of the college, the were friendly but when it comes to helping the were a little lethargic

We had 20 students per class and 1 faculty. The classroom was well equiped huge, spacious well air conditioned. The faculty were very friendly and quite approachable and also higly qualified. The had a very good knowledge on the subject they were teaching.

The tentative no of lectures for each subject was 40 hours and there was 12 subjects in each semester. The avg age was around 45 and qualifications were PGD. We also had guest lectures in which industry people used to come and explain their journey and perspective about the relevant topic.

My Review

We had approximately 8 subjects per semester. The quality of the faculty was average (opposed to expectation), a few stood out, but a few were just not upto the mark. The one's that stood out were because they gave relevant information which we could use in our carriers ahead, the one's that failed were the one's that just stuck to the book and hence became too theoretical with very less practical knowledge.

We had close to 15-20 lecturers with average age between 35-40 yes and some faculties were highly qualified. They had good knowledge about there subject which helped us gain more and deeper insight in that particular subject. Also time to time review exams helped us a lot. Also they had a good corporate work experience too through which they helped us to understand how the overall industry works.

The B-School of my choice.

As already said, NLDIMSR never compromises when it comes to the quality of the faculty. I feel it has the best faculty for every subject. And moreover, there is hardly any faculty who has no industry background. Almost every faculty at our college has an average of 8-10 years of industry experience. 90 percent of our faculty are Ph.D. holders.

N L Dalmia PGDM experience

The college has well qualified faculty having masters and doctorate degree. They are very well aware with their subjects. The finance professors are very helpful and are amazing mentors and have everything detail bit on their finger tips.

Finance faculty was good part time faculty was of calibre where they used to teach in reputed colleges India & abraod marketing faculty had many professors who were in senior poistions in earlier companys same with HR faculty many visiting faculty across Industries.
