While early years have adequate faculty, later years often lack sufficient staff, including Heads of Departments.

The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 30:1, particularly in clinical postings, allowing for better exposure and interaction. The exam pattern includes yearly exams with multiple internal assessments, making passing challenging, as evidenced by around 30 out of 150 students receiving supplementary exams.
