PCACS Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are provided to almost every student by big Big companies like Wipro, Infosys, tcs and others package starts from 2lac per annum but are contractual based some companies but have good work profile like senior tech support, junior software developer etc.

After graduation students get placement offers. Hexaware, CAMS etc visited which offer placement in every background such as finance, sales. Packages were between 1.5 Lakh to 2 lakh. My plans are to Pursue Mba.

College undertakes placement drives in campus, companies come for interview , more than 50 companies appear for the same. You can go through the interview once you are in your second year , apart from in-campus placement drives, colleges also post placement offers via whatsapp official groups. The average package you get is 3-4lakh , which for a fresher is perfect. Many companies provide training before joining. More than half of the students get placement through this drive.

Students become eligible for placements from the third year or final semester, college is having its own placement cell which provides all the required training to ther students for helping them in campus placement . Most of the placement are carried be reliance industries, icici bank, Tata capital and axis bank. The % of placement defers from year to year but around 40% students get placement every year on average. The average package for placement is around 350000-600000

From semester 5 students become eligible for the campus placements. The companies such as L&T, Infosys, WIPRO, Capgemini, Cognizant and others offer opportunities for students to perform each year. The highest packages were of 3 lakhs and more, profiles offered for the companies were product manager, management trainee etc. After getting this degree I am going to apply for further studies.

Pillai has made a good rapport due to its students and multinational companies come for campus placements making it easier for students to get placed in any of these companies. Many companies such as Wipro, tech mahindra, L&T, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, nikia, zensaar had campus interviews with packages from 1.60L to 2.25 L per anum.

The arrangement cell of the school gives pre-position preparing and many projects for working on the abilities of understudies prior to going for grounds interviews. Dependence, HDFC Bank, Birla Group, HDFC Sales, CAMS, ICICI Bank, and Kotak Bank, are the significant enrollment specialists of our school

I choose this college because i might dare to say it has one of the best placements for B.Sc IT couse, recently they even tied up SBI to provide students job opportunity there. Not only that there are various other top companies lik L&T, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, etc selecting atleast a dozen students every year from this college.The placement cell head was one of our teaching staff and she works really hard for the students. The college also went autonomous (affiliated wid mumbai university) and it really helped with the grades of students. college gives a lot of opportunities for self development to students the only bad thing i might say that it wasn't strict wid attendance with the autonomous tag it even got reduced to 60% attendance from university's mandatory 75% percentage. The admission process is simple you just have to follow the mumbai university guidelines for getting admission (online process) and if for master degree you have to go to the college, enquire and apply. Offline admission to many bachelor's course is also there, you just need to go and talk with the staff. The reason i chose this college is that it isn't very huge and thus teachers take efforts to help students in every possible way (academic or extra curriculum).The college also takes extra care as to keep the environment inside and outside the college healthy.

I'm not sure about the placement cell. But after the completion of sem 6, there must be campus placement availability. 10/50 people must be getting college placement opportunities. My plan is to study further and do MBA from a well-reputed college.

Pillai College has a good brand name in Navi Mumbai specifically, everyone here knows how good and reputed it is. Has a very great campus all in all. And talking about the faculty it is very great. All the teachers are full of knowledge plus point that they rae so supportive and encouraging that they'll push us in all the aspects if they see the a spirit or a talent in us. Apart from the curriculum, the fests are also creative. Alegria! One has got many opportunities in which he/she can excel. Pillai College gives us many such opportunities. I have surfed through the official website of the college for some precise details. Apart from that the admission process was pretty simple like filled an online form and an offline form simultaneously. Waited for selection. Turned up that I got selected via the 2nd list, so went there and paid the fees. Admission Done.
