IIIT Sonepat offers B.Tech in 3 specializations. The qualification to apply for the course is a go in 10+2 with PCM and affirmation is done through JoSAA dependent on the position in JEE Main test. Along these lines, JEE Main qualified up-and-comers are designated a seat during the JoSAA guiding procedure.

I made into this college on the basis of my rank in Jee Mains examination. There was way more competition for getting admission here more than I expected. But my good marks made my admission possible in the Institute

The seats allocation and regulations is done directly by the MHRD MINISTRY. The selection criteria is totally upon the ranking of Joint entrance exam,Jee(Mains). Apply for college was done by filling up their admission form from their site.

My college is good with the kind of academic and infrastructure facilities as well as the efforts that is needed to provide highly competitive learning environment for the students along with other facilities for leisure activities such as swimming pool sports arena basketball tennis volleyball courts sports ground gym, canteen etc. There are areas of improvement as well on which college committees are working to overcome those shortcomings in order to lead the way of providing higher education in the country.

An entrance exam has to be given to qualify for the course of Bachelors in technology. The entrance exam is known as JEE MAINS. I went through the JEE Mains examination and finally got admitted in course by availing a valid score.

The admission process for this college was not so simple. They provided admission only to those students who were qualified JEE Mains exam. The eligibility criteria was 75% in 12th board for general/obc students and 65% in 12th board for sc/st students

The infrastructure of college was great. The classrooms, labs, library all were big in the college. Wi-Fi facility was also available for students in the college which was free of cost. Proper medical facilities and sports facilities were also available there.

The students have to give the JEE Mains and once selected, they are allotted different colleges for their undergraduate courses in Information Technology. The rest of the procedure was simple and stress-free.

Indian Institute of Information Technology located in Sonepat, Haryana is one amongst the 20 new IIITs established under special undertaking. Right from scoring 85% and an apt rank in JEE-Mains it was a challenging journey to study here.

The institute is an open field for students like me to grow and widen their thinking process. Liberty of expression, extension of divergent ideas, and the effortless connections with faculty members is what this place has given me so far.
