For admission to the B.Tech program, candidates must have completed 10+2 in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from any recognised board.
Students also need to appear for the JEE Main, followed by counselling.
For B.Tech admissions in RGGEC to the first 50% of the seats will be granted based on the rank obtained in JEE Main.
The remaining 50% of the seats shall be filled based on the score obtained in Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET)
B.Arch shall be based on aggregate marks of 10+2 along with a valid NATA score or score obtained in JEE Main Paper II (B.Arch or B.Planning) in the ratio 50:50 (weightage).

RGGEC B.Tech Admission 2026

RGGEC offers B.Tech as a complete four year course with five specialisation, with intake of 60 students in each specialisation, namely:

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in B.Tech is:

B.Tech is offered as the most popular program at RGGEC.
For admission to the B.Tech program, candidates must have completed 10+2 in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from any recognised board.

RGGEC B.Tech Lateral Admission 2026

RGGEC offers B.Tech Lateral Course, the minimum eligibility for it is:

Students must have passed 10+2 from recognised institutes.
Students must have a Diploma in engineering.

The tuition fee for B.Tech Lateral at RGGEC is INR 1.64 Lakh.

RGGEC B.Arch Admission 2026

B.Arch at RGGEC is offered as a five year full time course. The minimum eligibility is to qualify 10+2 with 50% aggregate from a recognised university.
B.Arch shall be based on aggregate marks of 10+2 along with a valid NATA score or score obtained in JEE Main Paper II (B.Arch or B.Planning) in the ratio 50:50 (weightage).
The total tuition fee is INR 2.72 Lakh.
The total intake at RGGEC for B.Arch is 40 seats.

I had also applied for jngec sundernagar but mu marks was not enough to get admission in that college but this college is bettern than jngec No I don't get rejection from any other colleges Student have to qualify jee mains and hpcet examination to get admission in my college

For admission I gave test of hp set and in counciling I got this college.U can also apply in the basis of your jee result.there are onlye 80 seats in a college for a perticular brach. And it is very hectic process of giving counciling as it takes 1 full day approx 16 hours

There were other college which i applied like NIT and IIT and I were not selected in those colleges due to highes cut off in the exams. To get admission in my college u need to clear the State level exam or u can also get admission through all India level exam
