Joshi Bedekar College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

After the 5th semester, the students become eligible for the campus placement. The companies like Cyntel, Here solution & banks like ICICI, HDFC, TJSB, & many more visit to the college. The companies provide average packages not that high but are sufficient to start a carrier as a fresher without any job experience. More than 50% of students get placements from campus if they apply for that. I plan to do a decent job for a couple of years & try to go for higher studies for the evermore better job according to my skills & experience.

I have chosen BA arts as my curriculum cause I have had an intrest in Psychology and I am thinking of pursuing a further career in it. Our stream is having around 15-20 faculty members and each class strength is around 120 and there are 4 divisions. Almost all of the faculty members are having phd degree and everyone is having a unique teaching method and very likely we enjoy the lectures of all the faculty members. The teaching is really good. For this year that is for FY, I was having 2 online exams one for each term and it was MCQ type questions and answers. The exams level difficulty is moderate.

The companies start coming after the 5th semester and students become eligible after the 5th semester to apply for a job in the coming placements. 6-7 companies have been visited in college till now, the process hasn’t been completed yet it's still going many other companies may visit soon. The companies which have appeared are HDFC Bank ltd, Sutherland, Godrej and Boyce, IndusInd Bank and more. The highest package ever offered us is 2.25 lakhs per annum and the average package which has been offered to us is around 1.80 lakhs - 2 lakhs per annum. The most half population of students have their own businesses or they are willing to do further studies. The remaining 50% only apply for a job and appears for an interview in which 40% student gets the job. I will definitely do a job in MNC to gain some corporate exposure but after some time I will go for business.

Placement are not as good we thought.. Special for accounting and finance courses students. Ya my college are industrial visit was good

This is reputed college in thane city.It was also awarded best college in thane city in 2011-2012.Various career option are available in this college to choose from.Excellent faculty which understands students to core and get them doing what they are best at.Along with this the college also provides with extra curricular options to enhance various soft skills and life skills and encourages the students to do what they like.

The college is very close in my vicinity.The college has beautiful and lush green campus.One can be satisfied by the infrastructure and campus of the college.The facilties are pretty much good.It is one of best college in Thane.

One of the best college in thane and close to station and can be reached conveniently, its campus, its placements, the teaching staff and involvment of college in many functions. Also it has various college fests

Very non fussy and dedicated to study type.of college with no nonsense approach to studies.

This college is one of the best college in central line.they are having many fastivals like gandharva and naurang. college faculty is also best and helpful.college is nearby station so it is easy for travelling.and this college have 5 different side in one roof,like science, commerce,arts,law, polytechnic

Only one thing I can say about N. G. Bedekar college that it has superb Campus, Professors, Academics, Library, Canteen and Placements too and all these things I want this college to maintain for other students also in future. The quality of education and professors are really good.
