JD Institute of Fashion Technology Mumbai Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

From 6 semester students are eligible for campus placements many big MNC companies visited for placements like Gucci, Armani Prada, Louis Vuitton last year gucci recuirted approx 40 students they got a lucrutive package.

Our institute offers 100% job placements for it's students. The Placement cell takes care of the employment opportunities and conducts mock interview sessions, seminars, pre placement talks. Various reputed companies like Zara, H&M, Blackberry, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Rina Dhaka, Mandira Wirk, Shoppers Stop, Pepperfry.com, Limeroad, United Colors of Benetton and many more have recruited students at respectable positions. The students have been placed at positions like Fashion Coordinator, Apparel Production Manager, Fabric Quality Control Manager, Fashion Consultant, Pattern Maker and such.

The placements were just assisted but not guaranteed. We were the first batch, and not everyone is well placed right now. Some are still in search of jobs, and some are well settled. Raymond's, Kankatala etc. firms have my fellow students placed. Even other little designer boutiques and retail firms have my fellow students working there. The highest salary is almost Rs. 25,000 per month, whereas the lowest is around Rs. 10,000 per month. We didn't have campus placements. Every student had an internship in between our semesters.

The placement cell of our college is very active and the recent placements were fabulous. Great brands like CK, Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Pepperfry and many more visited our college and 80% of the students were placed. They got jobs in the designing, retail, etc. Internships were also provided to the students. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 5,000 per month and the highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month as an intern. Students get placed with famous designers too. The maximum salary package offered in our course is 3 LPA.

The placement record of this college is good and after completion of the course students may be an entrepreneur too.There are various Fashion brand that visit for recruitment like pantaloon,HM and more.

The institute has an excellent placement cell and the recruiters include the best of the best. The recruiters include Calvin Klein, Dharma Productions, H&M, Harrisons, Pantaloons and LimeRoad, to mention a few. The average package is really good, and most of the students find a job or internship within the campus.

The placements are phenomenal. We are hired by the top clients in the business like Asian Paints, Calvin Klein, Manish Malhotra, Manav Gangwani Couture, New Times, Mandira Wirk, and the likes. Most of the students find internships and placements which is based completely on your skills. The remuneration is also quite well.

Career opportunities for a fashion design student are vast. Creating your own brand or working for another brand, personal stylist and the list goes on. Every year, we gets recruiters from one of the highest ranked brands like Calvin Klein, H&M, Tommy Hilfiger, Decoded Fashion etc.

The placements depend upon the performance of students also many reputed companies visit the campus and recruit the students and offer them a high salary package. The highest salary package amount ranges between 5-6 lakh rs per annum.

The placements in college are a great number of designs and fashion houses come for interns and permanent jobs and offer a fair set of compensation to students. They also help in building portfolios, etc.
