BMCC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college offers campus placements. Many companies from pune and outside pune like delliot, KPMG, etc come to campus for offering jobs. The average package offers is between 4-5 lakes in the campus placements.

As the college is autonomous, the course and the syllabus are framed by the college itself. Hence, the topics are interesting and practical. The faculty in the college is the best. All have teaching experience of over 5-6 years and are very helpful.

It is one of the top college for commerce, faculty is best and highly qualified.The placements provided by the college to capable students are good. Last year the highest package give was near about 7.02 lakh. The admission criteria is minimum 50% in 12th or diploma and entrance should be cracked. The cutoff for entrance is according to category. I prefered this college as it has best crowd, best faculty and fees for 3 years undergraduate course is 1,63000 approx. Which is not very much as compared to other B-schools as it comes under Deccan education society. I used the website collegedunia itself to find this college and i am thankful for that always as i got such a reputed college because of them.

Here is an apprenticeship for the last two semesters with a good stipend. And also the placements is a good many companies visits here. also, the degree is awarded by (sppu) and the mark sheet is issued by bmcc.

From the very first semester students become eligible for part-time internships but for campus placements, students are eligible for the second year. Eventually, every student who does apply for a placement or job does get it. My plans after getting the degree are to complete my Master's and then fly for the doctoral degree abroad.

Students are eligible for campus placements from the sixth semester, i.e. approximately around January when they are in their last year of the degree. The average salary offered is around INR 300,000 per annum. Some of the recruiters are- Wipro, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, Northern Trust Corporation, E&Y, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, etc. Our college provides placements to around 30-50% of students for BCom, as most of them don't look for a job and want to continue with their academic education, i.e. a master's degree. My plans after getting the degree- I definitely want to look out for a job, but that is not my main priority. I want to continue with my academic education before entering the professional field.

I want to pursue C. A so best degree that suits is BCom only. BBA was also option for me but I preferred b.com. student teacher ration in our college is good and it is around 30:1 and all the teachers really make great efforts .Most of the teachers have completed their post graduation and some of them is still pursuing it.In our college there are 6 semesters in the span of three years .in one semsester there is 40 for internal marks and 60 for the external.due to covid times external is totally objective but usually it's subjetive only

I never approached for any kind of placements from college. Though I heard from many students that they got very good placements with good packages in renowned companies. Never had my own experience though.

There is placement cell in the college which acts as bridge between industries and students. Various new and very famous companies come to offer students placements after their final exams.
