Best research institute in world

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel facility 24×7 water , electricity . Wifi with 3gbps .and twice bed room is given to students with 2 almira , 2 cuboard and two study table with chair and balcony .meal quality is good except lunch because the meal is more towards south dishes and I am from north so I don't like too much . Hostels are located in college itself and their rent is 3330rupee per semester .

Some time food is little bed but it depends because what ever you eat in your home you can't eat here just need to follow what they give

Single room with two beds and 2 study table . Wifi router in every room with unlimited wifi and 2 almirah. Meal are good and menu is varied it may be food from kerela or from tamilnadu or Maharashtra or odisha. It all diverse food and it's good. Students registered their rooms and all that during their entry to here . And if parents are coming they can stay at hostel here which has a price of 200 a day for a person which is really good as compared to those which are in near locality. And near collage there are some rooms which are available for rent.

In a room 2students are accomodated .the food in mess are good.once you get admission in institute u will be provided hostel room when u will physically reach to institute.hostel fee is affortable.the cleanliness mantained are good and heigynic

Student Snaps:

We have 2 per-room hostels. Hostels are well equipped and have good facilities. They are affordable only 3000 for 3 months or so. The mess fee is separate which is nearly 3800 per month. Food is okay. They serve chicken twice a week and eggs almost 3 times a week. There is an option for both veg and non veg on those days. All the hostels are inside the campus itself. We do not have attached bathrooms but have two common washrooms on each floor which are cleaned daily by cleaners. Rooms have two pairs of tables and chairs, build cupboards, and two beds. We also have a balcony which is shared by two rooms

My dreams come true.

The hostels were good and room were sharing for BS-MS students and single room of PhD students. The mess food is average and mixed response among students. The hostel was free for all students and the mess fee was around 2,500/- per month for all which is affordable. The quality of food was ensured rather than taste by adding some unnatural things.

Hostels have very good facilities.Rooms are very nice with double occupancy.there are matrons for hostels.Wash rooms are maintained very well.There is daily maintenance of cleaning and wifi is available in every rooms

Life through the Labs

Food is also an issue if you are a complete north Indian you won't enjoy the food a lot also services like swiggy zomato aren't available.

Good hostel facility. You also have a facility of rooms available for parents as well. And rooms are quite tidy and double occupancy and with a balcony. Bed cupboards study table charging port will be provided and shelves as well. Good drinking water and clean bathrooms as well.

One of the most beautiful campus in india

The hostel fees is not mentioned in the detailed fee structure provided to us. But it's provided for the first years only. The slot given for that was empty in the structure. The room are good and balcony view is exceptional. The meal according to me is a mixture of North and South Indian meals. They provide chicken twice in week, egg thrice a week. Fishes and other meat are not given. Vegetarian counter is separate. Rice is available two times a day and also of two types. We don't have to apply separately for hostel. This is a residential campus

Life at IISERTVM

Campus Life:

We have ishqya(the annual cultural fest) and Anvesha (the annual science expo) We have a good library though small it has online journals we can go through. We have projectors with screen, electrically moving green boards, classrooms with siting capacity of 330 students.

IISER Thiruvananthapuram at a glance

The hostel facility is much better than other institutions. Very well maintained and clean premises, within the lap of nature.

Food is not that great, but better than other hostels. The tenders keep changing and food quality keeps changing too.

IISER is a residential campus, with it's own hostel facility. The rooms are on a sharing basis. One room can accomodate two students. There are two single beds and tables, along with a wardrobe. One window opens to the corridor/road and the other opens to the mess/turf. The mess food is not very good. They keep changing tenders and hence the food quality keeps changing.
