The faculty here is pretty good they give their best while teaching.
Placement of our college is good they provide any provide maximum job opportunities to the student our college is very good in placing their student at a good place various companies like microsoft, google
You belong to the ews section or any other category you can easily apply for a respective state government scholarship if you are eligible for that college will definitely help.

Dislikes

Yes of course college provide hostel facilities for first to third year hostel fees is on average 1 lakh per annum but when it comes to mess it is very poor food quality is not good here.
Admission was ok but there is so many problems on physical reporting days .i faced a lot of struggle in admision .
College never do such celebration type fest in my college and district too much hacked job for student in the second problem is that there is no proper organisation.studends get disturbed by assignment.

Overall Review of Niet College

Likes

Campus for first year students are different and I liked that thing.
Faculties are very good and supportive and provide a good level of environment.
Since college is Autonomous so they provide very subjects according to the demand of current market.

Dislikes

Attendance wise, this college is very strict.
Since college is Autonomous so they have 85% mandatory attendance policy.
Campus is very small and lack of sports facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is modern and up to date according to the demand and requirements of current market. Along with the main subjects, they provide personality development activities and subjects as well. Also faculty allows to students to present their ideas.

REALITY OF MCA IN NIET GREATER NOIDA

Likes

There is good number of companies visit for placement and intership
The teachers are well qualified some have PhD degree and some have industry knowledge
In 4th semester class goes online so students get enough time to prepare for placement and interview

Dislikes

Here the campus size is feel small compared to other colleges
The classess start in October so for masters program students have less time for preparation and study
The very strict policy for attendance like 85% mandatory other wise you not allowed to seat in exam

Placement Experience:

in 3rd semester students elibile to for seat in campus placement there more than 100 comapny visit and the company asre wipro,tcs,hcl,capgemini ,EY,microsoft etc the highest placement is 52 lakh and average is 5 lakh 80% student get placed

I love the most is Faculty of this college.
Infrastructure is not bad of 2,3,4 yaer.
There extra training for new things, which is 1 step ahead all college.

Dislikes

Infrastructurte of first year campus is not good.
The campus life is also not good of the college.
They does not host any party and function.

Placement Experience:

My college average package is around 6-7 LPA, which is common in every college and the highest package is 56 LPA. Tha placement cell of my college is really working hard on students, if you are a good student with good CGPA then you will defenite get a 10-12 LPA package.

Likes

It provide online platform like coursera for extra courses
some of faculty are cooperative provide a guidance for future growth

Dislikes

too much pressure of exams every months like sessional and MTE
coding culture is very bad no events are organised
Dont even provide a medical leave for emerging

The curiculum for every course is self made by the institute as it is an autonomous institute .Each and branch has its own curriculum and syllabus .its only provide us a bookish knowlege no any extra practical knowledge .

I like the faculty support and their teaching skill
They provide an extra classes for placement.
The best thing is hostel is not far from college

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not upgraded so simple design
You can not find any type of support with gurad.
I don't like the location of my college.

Placement Experience:

The placement drive is too good in this college. They have to many collaboration with mnc company they call to much companies to get a placement and also they provide a group of teachers support to take any type of help

I liked the management of my college and professor they teach us in very easiest way.. and they are very friendly and strict also in some case.. and college have very strict discipline and college have so many labs

Dislikes

The things i dislike about my college.. my college was like school very strict you can't bunk classes you have to maintain 85% attendance and you don't.. then you can't be seat in examination and they call you're parents

There a lots of discipline and control over students
The gender ration is also descents here .
Highly qualified teachers and very well equipped labs

Dislikes

Gates closed at sharp timing, no excuse for anyone
Eighty five percent attendance is compulsory here
You are kept totally separate from seniors during study hours

Placement Experience:

Students from the 7th sem are eligible for campus placement to get jobs . Many companies like tcs, wipro, hcl, apple, microsoft, zomato etc... came last year for campus placements. About 80% get placements in campus and off campus including.

Very honest review for NIET

It is an autonomous college hence we don't have to go to other colleges to give our semester exams.
Our papers also get checked within the campus by our own teachers which helps us to maintain our cgpa
There is a large diversity in this college.. we get to see people from many parts of india.

Dislikes

It's attendance criteria is 85% and they are very strict about it.
They always asks for fine even for very minor things.
This college doesn't have any events and if you want to live a college life it is not the one you're searching for.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose artificial intelligence and machine learning because it has the highest futuristic scope in the coming time. It is pretty average..you have to prepare everything on your own. Teaching methods can be improved ..they teach us a lot in very less time so the basics are not clear.

Here's what i found my college in 4 years

Likes

Good behavior of staff members and teachers towards student .
Canteen food is also very good as compared to outside food stalls .girls to boys ratio is about 3:4
All the blocks has working lifts and there are 5 blocks for different different courses.every class has now the smartboards for teaching more interactively.

Dislikes

No any fests and concerts are there so don't expect a dj night or any type of good fests.
As compared to the students no the college ground and campus is much big at the time pf lunch and breaks no spaces left in ground and sitting areas.
Another thing that i found not good is the fine system, every event that is compulsory and if you are absent then fine is implemented.

Placement Experience:

Niet Greater Noida is mainly known for its placements its placement is almost 100% in all branches. I am in 4th year and there is 1 month placement training form college to make everyone placement ready .And in 2 months CAPEGEMINI,LTIMINDTREE,CODESOFT came for placement and COGNIZANT, ACCENTURE, TCS and many more companies are yet to come and institute arranges the mock tests ,training sessions specialized for every companies. If you have no plan for placement or want to study further then you can withdraw yourself form placement activities then you are free form placement cell of college and you can prepare for you entrance exams .

The life you'll see in NIET

Likes

As i am in first year, the faculty is very friendly and supporting towards the studies
There are numerous workshops that help us improve the basic needs for getting a good placements.
As this college is autonomous, they create their own curriculum that is very good and the exam paper is also created by them only.

Dislikes

Minimum attendance of 85% for the first year students is compulsory.
The infrastructure is not very good looking and well maintained
The campus life is very minimal, coming here would not give you the "campus life" you imagined.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year on, the internship opportunities are provided and from 4th year the placement trainings happen for better jobs. The companies that came in the campus was TCS, COGNIZANT and other mass recruiters and AMAZON did came twice. The highest package was 40 lpa this year and the average is between 4-5 lpa.

Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology is affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University, offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses Engineering, Management, and Pharmacy. The campus is spread across an area of 13.90 acres and ranked 49th by the NIRF among top engineering colleges ranking 2020. The college is ranked 1st position in Greater Noida and 11th position by The Times of India Best Placement Colleges in North India.

Admission:

Admission is given on the basis of marks secured in UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) conducted by AKTU.
The cut off required for admission in CSE ranged from 23987-34341 whereas, for IT, it was 39557-57731.
Students must have completed 12th class(minimum 45%) in the Science stream, to be eligible for UG courses.
Students must hold a Bachelor’s degree for admission into PG courses.

Course and fees:

The course fees for BTech costs around 4.6 lakh for 4 years that includes tuition fees, application fees, hostel, mess, and other necessities.
