Securing at least 25% of the total marks, which translates to 37 marks, is necessary to qualify for further ranking and admission consideration. This applies to the general category and Other Backward Classes (OBC). Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates are exempt from the minimum qualifying marks requirement for ranking purposes. They can participate in the ranking process regardless of their score. Women applying specifically for Physical Sciences or Mathematics methodologies also don't have a minimum qualifying marks requirement.

Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur on behalf of APSCHE, has released the AP EDCET 2025 result on June 21, 2025. Candidates can download the rankcard on the official website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EDCET. Log in with your registration number,Ed cET hall ticket number, and date of birth to download result for AP EDCET 2025.
The AP EDCET 2025 exam date is June 5, 2025 from 2 PM to 4 PM. The exam was conducted online, through Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates have to answer 150 multiple choice questions in two hours.
APSCHE conducts AP EDCET to shortlist candidates for the 2-year B.Ed course at the participating colleges. The total duration of the AP EDCET Exam is 2 hours and is conducted in Online Mode. There are three parts in the exam which are:
- Part A will have General English (25 questions)
- Part B will include General Knowledge (15 questions) and Teaching Aptitude (10 questions)
- Part C will have a Methodology segment (100 questions), which will consist of Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Social Studies, and English.
NOTE: Out of the subjects available for Part C, the exam takers will have to select one.

How to register and apply for this exam?
The application process for AP EDCET is conducted online. Applications are submitted through the application portal available on the official website of AP EDCET. The application deadline for AP EDCET 2023 without late fee was April 23, 2023. But with a late fee, you can submit your application till May 10, 2023.
How can i make fee payment
The application fee for AP EDCET can be paid through AP Online, TS, Credit Card or Debit Card. The application fee for general students is INR 650, for BC students is INR 500 and for SC/ST students is INR 450.
You can get admission in B.Ed program through AP EDCET. To register for this examination you must have completed a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or appearing final year from a recognized university. The registration process for AP EDCET 2023 has started on March 24, 2023.
