The candidates should have completed the age of 19 years on the 1st of July in the year in which the notification is issued. There shall be no maximum age limit.

AP EDCET 2026 registration deadline has been extended. Eligible applicants seeking admission into B.Ed and B.Ed Special Education courses now have until March 26, 2026, to submit their applications without incurring a late fee.

The entrance examination is scheduled to take place on May 4, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in an online (computer-based) format. Candidates must complete both the fee payment and the application submission within the designated windows to avoid steep late registration charges, which can escalate up to ₹10,000. It is important to note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

AP EDCET 2026 applications are accepted via online mode only through the official portal. If a candidate pays the fee during the "no late fee" period but fails to submit the form until the "late fee" period starts, they must pay the additional penalty to complete the process.

Candidates may challenge the preliminary key by paying Rs. 300 per question. This fee is refundable only if the objection is found to be valid by the committee.
