The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has started the INI CET 2026 Registration for the July Session from 30 March 2026 till April 25, 2026, on its official website – aiimsexams.ac.in.

The candidates will be allowed to make corrections in the images from April 30 to May 2, 2026. The cutoff date for the completion of the internship is July 31, 2026. 

The INI CET 2026 July session exam is scheduled for 16 May 2026 for admission in MD, MS, MDS, DM, and MCh programs at 19 AIIMS, PGI Chandigarh, JIPMER Puducherry, SCTIMST Trivandrum, and NIMHANS.

INI CET 2026 Eligibility

The INI CET Eligibility criteria is set by AIIMS, New Delhi and will be applicable for admission into participating institutes of National Importance.

Ques. How many marks do you need to qualify for INI CET?

Ans. The INI CET Qualifying marks are based on the percentile score rather than the raw marks.

  • General/UR Category candidates require a minimum of the 50th percentile.

  • SC/ST/PwBD candidates require a minimum of the 40th percentile.

INI CET Result 2026

The result of INI CET 2026 will be released by AIIMS Delhi for both January and July sessions after the entrance exam is completed.

The INI CET Result will contain the candidate’s score, percentile and qualifying status, which is used for counselling and seat allocation in MD, MS,DM, MCh and MDS courses in different institutes.

  • The candidates will be shortlisted for counselling according to their score and percentile, along with their marks.
  • The percentile will help normalise scores in different shifts to get a fair ranking.
  • Candidates can download their INI CET Scorecard from the official AIIMS Website.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has already released the INI CET January 2024 admit card on October 30, 2023. If you are appearing for the INI CET 2024 exam in the July session, you can expect the admit card to be available for download soon.

Registration for the INI CET 2024 July session is scheduled to begin around the first week of March 2024. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the exam at aiimsexams.ac.in, the official website. Yes, the INI CET 2024 January session open round counseling has already started. The seat allotment list for the open round was released on February 10, 2024. If you are a shortlisted candidate, you must accept your allotted seat and report to the assigned institute between February 12 and 19, 2024.
