PSEB Class 10 Registration 2023, Important Dates, Procedure & Fees Details

PSEB class 10 registration process for board exams 2023 will be held in the month of December 2022. Every year, Punjab Board conducts registration process for all the students appearing for class 10 board examinations. Students failing to complete the registration before the deadline will not get their PSEB 10^th admit card. 

• To complete the registration process, students are also required to pay registration fees with the form. 
• If the fees is not paid within the set timeline, an extra amount will be charged as penalty. 
• Registration is mandatory for both PSEB class 10 regular and private students. 
• The registrations of regular students shall be done only through their schools by logging to the official portal.

PSEB 10^th Registration Process 2023

For regular students, registration will be done by their respective schools. Direct submission from the regular students are not permitted. Private students, however, can visit the official website of the board and register themselves. The steps to complete the registration process are mentioned below: 

Step 1: Visit the official website – pseb.ac.in for online registration.

Step 2: On the home page of the website, you will see a ‘Latest News’ horizontal bar. 

Step 3: Under this section, click on the link for ‘PSEB Matriculation Registration 2022-23’. 

Step 4: The registration login window will appear. Login with your credentials. 

Step 5: The registration form will open up after successful login. Fill in the basic details such as name, mother’s name, father’s name, address, and date of birth. Students are required to fill in the details carefully as it will be mentioned in further documents.

Step 6: After filling all the required details students are required to pay the prescribed application fees.

Step 5: Print the application form and save the reference number for future use.

PSEB Class 10 Registration Fees

Every student registering for the PSEB class 10 final exams is required to pay a certain fee in order to get registered. Given below are fee details for class 10 registration process.

Documents Required for PSEB Class 10 Registration

Here are some important information and documents which will be required while registering for board exams. Students must ensure that the details provided by them are correct and authentic to avoid any discrepancies later. 

• Address - The address must match with your original and authentic ID. In case of a change of address inform the authorities to correct it.
• Aadhaar Number - Although optional, enter the number carefully by verifying it with your original aadhaar card. 
• Photograph and Signature - Upload the scanned passport size photograph in jpeg format of maximum 150 kb size. The same instructions shall be followed for signature as well. Make sure that the uploaded signature and photo are clear and not blurred. 

After accepting the terms and conditions and once the payment is processed you cannot change the details on the registration form.

Important Instructions for Students

Some important instructions for students regarding the PSEB 10^th registration process are provided below: 

• Detailed information regarding exam forms and fees submission will be available on the school login portal.
• School principals’ can correct the application forms till the date stated by the board at their level. After which Rs. 200 per correction will be charged till the given period of time.
• Examination fees can only be submitted through the bank challan.
• Separate examination fees for the open school examination are not required to be paid as fees are collected along with the admission fee.
• It is mandatory that the examination forms of open schools are to be submitted at the regional office or main office.

PSEB 10^th Supplementary Exam Registration

If a student fails to pass the board examination he/she can appear for supplementary examination to qualify the exam. PSEB conducts the class 10 supplementary examination every year after the announcement of PSEB 10^th results. Students have to follow a few guidelines in order to get themselves registered for the supplementary examination.

How to Download Supplementary Exam Registration Form?

The steps to download the supplementary exam registration form are as follows: 

Step 1: Open PSEB official page i.e. pseb.ac.in

Step 2: Under the ‘Important Links’ section, you will find the ‘Registration’ option. Click on it. 

Step 3: Click on ‘PSEB 10th Supplementary Registration Form’ link.

Step 4: The PDF of the registration form for supplementary exams will open up. 

Step 5: Fill up the registration form and submit it to the concerned authority.

Some important things to keep in mind while completing the registration are provided below for students: 

• Make sure you check all the necessary details of the documents entered for the registration purpose before making the payment.
• You cannot submit an incomplete form for supplementary registration, hence check that you have filled in all the required details.
• The registration fee will not be accepted if you fail to pay the fees within the deadline.
