AAU MVSc Admission 2024 Open; Apply before January 10

Assam Agricultural University is inviting applications for admission to the M.V.Sc program. The deadline for submission and payment of the application fee is January 10, 2025. Additionally, MVSc applicants must update their All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) details by January 10, 2025, by 4:00 PM.

Assam Agricultural University MVSc Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have completed B.V.Sc &A.H. from a recognized university securing a minimum CGPA of 2.60 on a 4.00 scale or 6.60 on a 10.00 scale
• Candidate must have secured at least 60% marks for Gen/OBC/UPS category and 50% marks for SC/ST/DAC category

Candidates interested in pursuing an MVSc course from Assam Agricultural University can follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Visit the official website
• Download the Information Bulletin and read it carefully before filling up the Online Application form.
• Students must register themselves in the admission portal before filling up the online application form
• There are 2 steps in filling out the Application Form.
  • Fill up the Application Form online and upload all relevant documents.
  • Pay the required Application Fee (INR 1200) using the Payment Gateway

Candidates filling out the online application form should be ready with the following documents:

• Passport-size photograph (JPEG, max. 100KB)
• Scanned signature (JPEG, max. 100KB)
• Class X to last examination mark sheets (PDF, max. 150KB each)
• Qualifying exam pass certificate (PDF, max. 150KB)
• Age proof (e.g., birth certificate/Class X admit card, PDF, max. 150KB)
• Caste certificate, if applicable (PDF, max. 150KB)
• Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC)/Nativity Certificate (PDF, max. 150KB)
• Medical fitness certificate in AAU format (PDF, max. 150KB)
• Gap certificate, if applicable (PDF, max. 150KB)
• EWS certificate, valid for 2024-25 (PDF, max. 150KB)
• Migration/Transfer certificate, if applicable (PDF, max. 150KB)
• For international/NRI candidates:

Admission to MVSc Programs will be based on NTA scores from ICAR’s AIEEA (PG) 2024-25. Additionally, a Common Entrance Test (CET) will be conducted for eligible candidates in Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences. CET-qualified candidates may be considered for admission if not allocated a preferred department through NTA scores.
