New Delhi: The lamp lighting and oath ceremony conducted in AIIMS Bibinagar was a tribute to Florence Nightingale and was conducted for the first batch of BSc Nursing (Hons) 2023 in the College of Nursing at AIIMS Bibinagar.

As per the AIIMS Bibinagar’s message on X “Radiant event where all the 30 students lit their lamps representing the illumination of knowledge & compassion. Executive Director of AIIMS Bibinagar, Dr. Vikas Bhatia was guest of honor of the event and he inspired students with his motivational speech.”

AIIMS Bibinagar organized a workshop on medical literature searching and referencing on January 29, 2024. The workshop was held under the guidance & support of Executive Director, Prof. Dr. Vikas Bhatia, Deans of the institute, and Dr Aparna led by Vasumathi Ganesh of QMed Knowledge Foundation in association with the MEU team.

The workshop had great active participation from faculty, SRs, JRs, and MBBS Students. All members of the medical community should be proficient in medical literature searching and referencing as these abilities will help them keep current with new findings, expand their knowledge of medical subjects, and create evidence-based practices.
