Important Dates and Deadlines
- Online Applications: Start from 7:00 PM, January 6, 2025, and close by 11:55 PM, January 10, 2025.
- Free Exit Deadline: Extended to 6:00 PM, January 8, 2025, for Phase I and Phase II candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
The revised NEET PG 2024 cutoff percentile is as follows:

- Candidates must have completed their internship by August 15, 2024.
- For in-service quota candidates, service rendered up to April 16, 2024, will be considered.
- Service candidates should be under 50 years of age as of April 16, 2024.

- Complete the online application form and upload the required scanned documents.

Important Details
- Candidates included in the CQ Merit List (both In-Service and Non-Service categories) for 2024-25 need not reapply.
- Only unfilled, unreported, or vacated seats after earlier phases will be available for subsequent counseling rounds.
- Applicants are advised to thoroughly review the prospectus before applying.
Extended Free Exit Opportunity
The free exit option for Phase I and II admissions has been extended until January 8, 2025 (6:00 PM). College principals must update the admission data and submit reports by 2:00 PM, January 9, 2025.
