BCECE 2026 registration opened April 15 and closes May 5, 2026, for admission to Pharmacy, Medicine, and Agriculture programs. The offline exam will be conducted May 30 and 31, 2026, across Bihar.

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has opened online registration for BCECE 2026 on April 15, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate programs in Pharmacy, Medicine, and Agriculture must apply before the May 5, 2026 deadline.

The application fee payment deadline is May 6, 2026, and form correction window opens May 7-8, 2026. Admit cards will be available from May 22, 2026, on the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

BCECE 2026 is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to professional undergraduate courses across Bihar. The exam determines eligibility for B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Sc Agriculture, and paramedical programs in government and private institutions.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology/Agriculture from a recognized board. The exam follows an offline, pen-and-paper format with multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying +4 marks for correct answers and -1 mark for incorrect responses.

Candidates must be permanent residents of Bihar or have at least one parent domiciled in Bihar to be eligible. The minimum qualifying marks requirement is 45% for general category and 40% for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EBC). For Pharmacy programs, candidates must be at least 16 years old as of December 31, 2026, while Medicine and Agriculture programs require candidates to be 17 years old at the time of admission.

The application fee varies by category and subject group. General, OBC, and BC candidates pay ₹1,000 for single subject groups (PCB/PCM/CBA/PCA/MBA/MCA) and ₹1,100 for combined PMCB. SC/ST/Disability quota candidates pay ₹500 and ₹550 respectively. Payment can be made online through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

The BCECE 2026 exam will consist of 300 multiple-choice questions across three subjects, with each subject carrying 100 questions and 400 marks. The total exam duration is 90 minutes per subject, and the maximum marks are 1,200. The syllabus is based on NCERT Class 11 and 12 curriculum covering Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and Agriculture depending on the chosen course stream.

Candidates should carefully review their admit cards for accuracy before the exam, verifying personal details, exam center location, and reporting time. Required documents include a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport), admit card, and any other documents specified by the board. Candidates must report to the exam center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time and follow all COVID-19 protocols and dress code guidelines issued by BCECEB.
