The BCECEB has released the official schedule for Round 2 of PGMAC-2025 counselling (based on NEET PG 2025 scores) for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma and DNB courses in government and private medical colleges of Bihar.
Candidates interested in taking part in Round 2 must complete registration and choice filling, giving them another chance at a preferred course or college.
The registration (application) fee for participation in the counselling is ₹ 2,200 (non-refundable), regardless of category. In addition to this, a refundable security deposit (depending on institution type) is required for seat allotment.
This Round 2 offers a fresh opportunity for candidates who could not secure a seat in Round 1 or those who want to upgrade to a better college or course.

Bihar NEET PG Counselling Round 2 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Bihar NEET PG counselling 2025 (PGMAC), a candidate must satisfy the following conditions:
The candidate should have qualified in NEET PG 2025.
The candidate must have completed MBBS from a recognised medical college (approved by the regulatory authority) in India.
A mandatory one-year rotating internship (as per regulations) should be completed successfully.
The candidate must hold permanent registration (with the relevant medical council, Medical Council of India / State Medical Council) at the time of counselling.
Bihar NEET PG Counselling Round 2 Selection Process
The selection process for admission via Round 2 counselling involves the following steps:
1. Online registration through the BCECEB portal.
2. Payment of the application fee and submission of required documents/ details.
3. After registration, candidates must fill in their choices of courses and colleges (choice filling), in order of preference.
4. The seat allotment is then done based on NEET PG merit (score/ranking), availability of seats, reservation criteria and candidate’s preferences.
5. Once the seat allotment result is declared, selected candidates must report to the allotted institutes and complete document verification and admission formalities.

Bihar NEET PG Counselling Round 2 - How to Apply?
Candidates should follow these steps to apply for Round 2 counselling:
- Visit the official website of BCECEB: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and navigate to the PGMAC-2025 section.
- Click on the “Registration” link and provide the required information: NEET PG roll number, personal details, contact information.
- After registration, log in using the generated credentials (PGMAC ID and password) to access the application form.
- Upload necessary documents as per specifications (photograph, signature, MBBS mark sheets, internship certificate, registration certificate, etc.).
- Pay the application fee of ₹ 2,200 online (via net banking, card, UPI or other accepted methods) and submit the form before the deadline.
After submission and fee payment, wait for the merit list/rank card, then fill and lock your choice of course and college within the given window.
