New Delhi: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) provides psychological and educational support to students, teachers, and parents to resolve exam-related issues.
As per Chhattisgarh, the toll-free helpline number, 18002334363, will be operational from February 22, 2024, offering assistance to individuals from 11 am to 5 pm, excluding Sundays and holidays.
CGBSE aims to provide teachers, students, and parents with practical tools and techniques through counselling. The CGBSE Class 10 exams are scheduled from March 2 to March 21, 2024, while CGBSE Class 12 exams will be held between March 1 and March 23, 2024.
A team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, educational motivators, subject matter experts, and board officials will be available to provide guidance. Educational motivators will address candidates' concerns related to exam fear and stress.
The helpline assistance includes specific timings for subject-wise support, with experts available from 11 am to 3:30 pm for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy, English, and Mathematics.
Psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational counsellors will be accessible from 2 pm to 5 pm from February 22 to 28, 2024. Board officials will be available from February 29 to March 22, 2024, to assist candidates, teachers, and parents in resolving exam-related issues.
