New Delhi: The Consortium of National Law Universities has released the third batch of sample question papers for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2024 examination today, October 4, 2023. 

Candidates who have registered for the CLAT 2024 exam can access these sample papers on the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

The Consortium had previously issued two sample papers for CLAT 2024, which are accessible for online practice. Furthermore, candidates can also download previous year CLAT question papers through the links provided here. 

These sample papers, curated by the Consortium of NLUs, prove to be invaluable resources in aiding candidates to familiarize themselves with the actual CLAT 2024 question paper.

It should be noted that the application window for CLAT 2024 is set to close on November 3, 2023, and the CLAT 2024 examination is slated for December 3, 2023.

Following are the steps to download the CLAT 2024 sample question papers.

Step 2: Search for the CLAT 2024 section on the website homepage.

Step 3: Locate the notification area of the CLAT sample papers.

Step 4: Click on the provided link for the sample papers.

Step 5: Once you've opened the link to the CLAT 2024 sample papers, access the PDF document.

Step 6: Save the CLAT 2024 sample paper for future use.

CLAT is conducted as a nationwide entrance examination for gaining admission into both undergraduate and postgraduate law programs offered by 24 National Law Universities (NLUs) across India. Additionally, several private law colleges also consider CLAT scores for their admissions.

The question format may differ for each session of the exam, and candidates can access the comprehensive exam pattern details on the official website.

For the CLAT 2024 examination, the Consortium of NLUs has implemented changes to both the CLAT exam pattern and CLAT Syllabus. These revisions include a reduction in the total number of questions from 150 to 120.

Specifically, in the English Language section, the question count has been decreased from the previous range of 28-32 to 22-26 questions. Similarly, in the Current Affairs and General Knowledge section, the question count has been adjusted from the prior range of 36-40 questions to 28-32 questions.

In the Legal Reasoning section, the number of questions has been scaled down to a range of 28-32, as opposed to the previous 36-40 questions. 

Meanwhile, in the Logical Reasoning section, there will be 22-26 questions, compared to the earlier 28-32. Additionally, the Quantitative Aptitude section will now include 10-14 questions, a reduction from the previous 14-18. These adjustments are intended to streamline the exam and offer candidates a more structured and manageable test experience.
