The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key and recorded responses for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2026 today, January 31, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the national-level entrance exam on January 25, 2026, can now download their response sheets from the official website to verify their answers and estimate their scores.

To access the documents, candidates must follow these steps:

Visit the official NTA website at cmat.nta.nic.in.
Click on the link for "CMAT 2026 Answer Key Challenge".
Log in using the Application Number and Date of Birth or Password.
The Response Sheet (showing the answers marked by the candidate) and the Provisional Answer Key will be displayed on the screen.
Download and save the PDF for future reference.

Challenging the CMAT 2026 Answer Key

If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the CMAT 2026 provisional Answer key, they can challenge it by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question. Subject experts will review all challenges, and if found valid, a final answer key will be released.

How to Challenge the CMAT 2026 Answer Key?

If a candidate finds an error in the provisional key, they can follow these steps to object:

Visit the official website: cmat.nta.nic.in.
Log in using the Application Number and Date of Birth/Password.
Click on the "Challenge Answer Key" or "View Question Paper" link.
Select the Question ID they wish to challenge and choose the correct option ID.
Upload supporting documents (in PDF format) to justify the claim.
Pay a non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question via online payment (Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking).

Note: Only challenges submitted with the successful payment of the processing fee within the stipulated time will be considered by the NTA experts.
