CMR University, Bengaluru, has officially extended the application deadline for PhD admissions for the January 2026 batch. As per the latest notification approved by the Vice-Chancellor, eligible candidates can now submit their applications until January 2, 2026.

CMR University has extended the last date for submission of PhD application forms to Friday, January 2, 2026. This extension applies to all candidates applying for the January 2026 doctoral intake. The decision was taken with the approval of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, as stated in the official notification dated December 18, 2025.
The university will conduct the PhD written entrance test on January 10, 2026.
