COEP Technological University to Hold Additional SPOT Round for MBA Admissions

COEP Technological University, Maharashtra has announced an extra SPOT round counselling for admission to MBA in the 2024-25 academic session. The counselling is scheduled on October 23, 2024 to fill the remaining available seats in General MBA, Business Analytics and in seats for OCI/PIO and CIWGC.

Counselling would be conducted strictly according to the parameters set by CAP, and candidates would be required to meet specific eligibility criteria and instructions.

Eligibility criteria for participation:

1. Registered Candidates: Candidates enrolled under CAP/ACAP with nonzero scores obtained at entrance tests.

2. Demand Draft Requirement: Candidates must bring a demand draft of the requisite admission fees, payable to “COEP Technological University,” Pune. Without the demand draft, candidates will not be allowed to participate.

3. Online Registration: Candidates must complete the registration process through the provided Google Form before the counselling date.

• MBA – Business Analytics: 1 seat (VJ/NT-A)

• OCI/PIO (General MBA): 5 seats

• Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC): 3 seats

Counselling Schedule and Process

• Vacancy List Publication: October 18, 2024

• Reporting Time: October 23, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

• Counselling and Seat Allotment: Begins at 10:30 AM on the same day.

Counseling would depend on inter-se merit of all candidates, as detailed in the CET Cell's MBA-CET 2024-25 brochure. Counseling will go on till all the available seats get filled up.

Important Instructions to the Candidates

1. Original documents and two xerox copies: The candidates must have original documents and two xerox copies at hand for verification purposes.

2. Seat Allotment: Each and every allotment will depend upon the actual update of vacancy. And on account of the same, if at any point of time a candidate is not available during his turn, then the next candidate will be called, and that absent candidate would lose his chance.

3. Late Reporting: Candidates reporting late will be considered only for available seats as of the date he or she arrives.

4. Payment Mode: Admission fees must be paid only through demand draft. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

Admission Confirmation

Candidates must immediately confirm their admission upon allotment by submitting the required documents and the admission fee demand draft. Failure to do so will result in withdrawal of the seat, which will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
