CUET UG 2024 Registration Process to Begin from February 28

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency(NTA) is expected to begin the registration process for Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2024) from February 28, 2024. Interested students will be able to apply through the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in.

CUET UG 2024 Exam is scheduled to eb conducted from May 15 to 31, 2024. Earlier, the application was expected to be out on February 19, however, there is no official confirmation on CUET registration date yet.

As per reports, CUET UG exam 2024 will be held in hybrid mode this year to encourage participation of students from rural areas. The OMR-based exam will be held along with the computer-based test (CBT) for the subjects with highest number of registration.

Additionally, candidates will be given a choice from 6 subjects as compared to the previous year when there were 10 subject choices. The reduction in the number of subject choices is done as the maximum number of subjects opted for by the previous year's candidates was 5.

Moreover, nearly 28 lakh students participated in the second edition of CUET, making it the second-largest entrance exam in the country after NEET UG.

Recently, two Mumbai universities namely Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and Mithibai College of Arts opted out of CUET UG 2024. These colleges will consider the marks scored by students in Class 12 for admission purposes. According to reports, these universities opted out of CUET 2024 as the schedule of the entrance exam does not align with the timetable followed by the Mumbai colleges. Open the official website - cuet.samarth.ac.in.
Fill up the CUET registration 2024 by entering the details such as name, address and contact details.
The login credentials will be generated and received on the registered email address and mobile number.
The students can use the login details provided by NTA and fill the application form of CUET.
Upload the required documents, such as a scanned image of a photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
Then pay the required application fees online
Take the printouts of the filled application form for future reference.
