The Department of Management Studies (DMS), IIT Delhi, has released the Placement Report 2023-25 for its MBA programme. The institute recorded an impressive 98% placement rate, with strong participation from leading recruiters across consulting, technology, finance, and marketing sectors.
According to the report, the highest salary package offered was ₹43.55 LPA, while the average package stood at ₹22.52 LPA. The median package was ₹22.50 LPA, reflecting consistent placement performance across the batch.

The placement season witnessed strong recruiter participation from sectors such as consulting, IT, finance, and sales & marketing. Consulting and strategy roles emerged as the top recruiting sector, accounting for over 30% of total offers.
