FMGE 2024 Exam Concluded Successfully for 35,819 Candidates Across India: Health Ministry

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has shared that the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination 2024 was concluded successfully for 35,819 candidates across 71 centres in 50 cities in India on July 06, 2024.

New Delhi: The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has reported the successful conduction of the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE 2024) on July 06, 2024. The exam was held for 35,819 candidates in 71 centres, spread across 50 cities in 21 states of India.

The official notice reads, "As directed by Union Health Minister, Director General of Health Services (DGHS), MoHFW and other Institutions had also deputed a senior person at all the examination centres. No untoward incident has been reported anywhere and the NBEMS will declare the result of today’s FMGE in due course".

To ensure the smooth commencement of FMGE 2024, the exam authority appointed more than 250 appraisers to supervise the conduct of the examination and discussed the measures with the flying squad comprising 45 faculty members.

FMGE 2024 June Result to be Out on August 06

As per the Ministry of Health, the NBEMS will announce the FMGE 2024 Results on August 06, 2024. Once released, candidates can check and download their result status on the official website at natboard.edu.in. The scorecards will be available a week after the declaration of the result.

All registered candidates need to secure at least 50% marks (150 out of 300) to qualify for the examination. The exam authority will share the results of qualified candidates with the Medical Council of India and the State Medical Councils.
