The FMGE exam is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Science (NBEMS) in two sessions: a December session and a June session. The exam is held for students who want to obtain a medical certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC) and work as medical practitioners.
The eligibility criteria for the FMGE exam is an Indian citizenship, a primary medical qualification such as MBBS, and an eligibility certificate from the NMC or a valid NEET UG score. The application fee for the FMGE 2024 June exam is INR 6195 (including GST).
