FMGE June 2023 Pass Certificates Available for Collection

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced that the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June 2023 pass certificates will be available for collection starting from September 13, 2023.

Those candidates who successfully passed the FMGE June 2023 exam can obtain the entry slip required for collecting their certificates from the official website, @natboard.edu.in. It's important to note that the FMGE June 2023 pass certificates will be distributed in person.

According to an official notice by NBEMS, the FMGE 2023 Pass certificates shall be issued at the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) office located at PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi, from September 13, 2023 to September 27, 2023, as per the schedule specified on the entry slip for each individual candidate.

NBEMS has provided clear instructions regarding the collection of pass certificates. Candidates must be present at the specified date and time indicated on their entry slip to collect their pass certificate. To gain access to the NBEMS office, students need to bring both their original documents and a printed copy of the "Entry Slip."

It must be noted that FMGE 2023 Result / Pass Certificate will not be handed over to any authorised representative or any individual other than the candidate themselves under any circumstances.

In the event that candidates are unable to collect their certificates on the assigned schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, they should refrain from attempting to collect them on any other day of their choosing.

Instead, such candidates are advised to seek prior approval from NBEMS for a revised collection schedule for their pass certificate. This can be done by submitting a request through the Communication Web portal (CWP) of NBEMS.

Further, NBEMS has recommended that candidates should plan their return journey for the end of the certificate collection day, taking into account the possibility of unforeseen delays during the identity verification and documentation process.

How to Download FMGE 2023 Entry Slip?

All the qualified candidates must ensure they have their FMGE entry slips with them when collecting their pass certificates. To download the entry slip, candidates can follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website: natboard.edu.in.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Public Notice" section on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the link titled "Distribution of FMGE (Screening Test) June 2023 Pass Certificate."

Step 4: A PDF file will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Inside the PDF, find the download link for the entry slip and click on it. A login window will be displayed.

Step 6: Enter your roll number and date of birth.

Step 7: The entry slip will then appear on the screen. Check and proceed to download it for future reference.
