FRI MSc 2025 Registration Open, Last Date of Registration is 31st March 2025, and the Exam is on May 4

FRI (Forest Research Institute) Dehradun has released M.Sc. Application Form For Session 2025-2027 and Information Bulletin For MSc 2025-2027 on 10th February 2025. The Forest Research Institute Deemed to be University admission test, 2025 will be held at 13 centers in the country on Sunday, 4th May 2025 for the following courses:-

• M.Sc. Forestry
• M.Sc. Wood Science & Technology
• M.Sc. Environment Management
• M.Sc. Cellulose & Paper Technology

Students interested can apply via multiple channels which include online submission, by post or from the counter of the office of the FRI Deemed to be University/ Union Bank of India, FRI Branch, Dehradun.

How to Apply for FRI MSc Courses?

The last date of receipt of the completed application form is 31st March 2025. Forms received after the last date will not be accepted in any case. It is advised that the application form be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post/ Courier. Postal delay/loss will not be accepted as a plea to entertain applications after the last date.

• Application forms can be downloaded from the website www.fridu.edu.in. Candidates have to send the duly filled application form along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One thousand five hundred only) for each course in favor of Registrar, FRI Deemed to be University payable at Dehradun and send it to the Registrar, FRI Deemed to be University, P.O. IPE Kaulagarh Road, Dehradun–248 195 on or before the last date.

• Application forms will be available from 10th February to 10th March 2025 from the counter of the office of the FRI Deemed to be University/ Union Bank of India, FRI Branch, Dehradun. (For details of important dates please see the last page of the Information Bulletin, 2025). The last date for issue of forms from the office of the FRI Deemed to be University/ Union Bank of India, FRI Branch is 10th March 2025.

• The application form and the ‘Information Bulletin’ can be obtained by post from the office of Registrar, Forest Research Institute Deemed to be University, Dehra Dun on payment of Rs.1500/- wherever applicable through a bank draft drawn in favor of Registrar, Forest Research Institute Deemed to be University payable at Dehra Dun. The last date for issuing forms from the office of the FRI Deemed to be University by post is 10th March 2025.

Key Information on FRI MSc Exam

• You must note that the Admit card containing the center code and roll number will be mailed to you by the fourth week of April 2025. If the admit card is not received by 28th April 2025, the Registrar, FRI Deemed to be University may be contacted by e-mail at tripathiak@icfre.org & registrarfriu@icfre.org
• You must quote your Name, father's Name, and Date of Birth in all correspondence with the Registrar, FRI Deemed to be University, P.O. I.P.E., Kaulagarh Road, Dehradun – 248 195.
• In case a candidate has either not received the admit card or has lost it, a duplicate card can be obtained from the center superintendent of his/her examination center. Alternatively, the candidate may reach the office of the Registrar, FRI Deemed to be University, Dehradun on working day during working hours. Under no circumstances the admission test fee, once paid, will be refunded or held in reserve for any future admission test.
