GUJCET 2026 was conducted successfully on March 29, with over 2.65 lakh candidates appearing across three sessions. The provisional answer key is expected to be released soon on the official website, gseb.org.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has successfully conducted the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026 on March 29, 2026, across multiple centres in the state. As per the official press release, the examination witnessed a high turnout of candidates, with more than 2.65 lakh students appearing for the test conducted in three sessions.
The board confirmed that the examination across all sessions was conducted smoothly, with no reported irregularities or cases of malpractice. Strict monitoring and standardised procedures ensured the integrity and transparency of the examination process.

GUJCET 2026 Answer Key and Result Process
Following the successful completion of the exam, GSEB is expected to release the GUJCET 2026 provisional answer key soon on its official website. Candidates will be able to download the answer key and raise objections, if any, within the stipulated time frame by paying the prescribed fee per question.
The final answer key will be released after the objections submitted by candidates have been reviewed. Based on this, the GUJCET 2026 results will be prepared and announced in due course.
GUJCET 2026 Exam Attendance Overview
In the first session, which included Physics (054) and Chemistry (052), a total of 1,36,100 candidates had registered, out of which 1,32,450 candidates were present. The second session for Biology (056) saw 75,514 candidates appear out of 77,607 registered candidates. Meanwhile, in the third session for Mathematics (050), 57,158 candidates attended the exam from a total of 58,924 registered candidates.
