HSTES Diploma Counselling 2026 Registrations Start April 15; Schedule Released

Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) has released the admission schedule for Diploma courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, and Lateral Entry for the 2026-27 academic session. Online admission brochures are now available on hstes.org.in and techeduhry.gov.in from April 13, 2026 onwards.

Candidates seeking admission to government, government-aided, and 75% seats in private polytechnics must register online at techadmissionshry.gov.in and deposit application fees through debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.

HSTES admission process follows a merit-based system with inter-se-merit ranks prepared according to course eligibility criteria. Candidates must complete online registration, submit required documents for verification at designated centers, and participate in choice-filling and seat allotment rounds.

The entire process spans from mid-April through early June 2026, with physical reporting at allotted institutes concluding by June 10, 2026 for most courses.

HSTES Diploma Engineering & Lateral Entry Admission 2026 Important Dates

Candidates must deposit non-refundable registration fees: Rs. 1,000 for general category and Rs. 700 for reserved categories (SC/SCD/BC/PH/FF/ESM/EWS/KM/HGST/Girls). All Haryana resident candidates must have a valid PPP ID, as details will be automatically fetched and verified during online registration.

Merit will be prepared only for candidates who have completed online verification after depositing registration fees.

HSTES Diploma Pharmacy Admission 2026 Important Dates

The verification of application forms will be conducted at designated centers for candidates who have paid the registration fee. Candidates must ensure all documents and certificates are accurate, as incorrect information at any stage may result in automatic seat cancellation. Physical reporting at allotted institutes is mandatory within the specified dates; failure to report may lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat.

Second counselling rounds are scheduled for early June 2026 for both Diploma Engineering and Pharmacy courses, providing additional opportunities for seat allotment. Candidates who do not secure seats in the first counselling can participate in the second round. The final cut-off date for all admissions is August 14, 2026 for Engineering and Lateral Entry courses, and August 15, 2026 for Pharmacy courses as per respective regulatory bodies (AICTE and PCI).
