IIM CAP 2026 extends EOI deadline to January 28, giving shortlisted candidates more time to complete the submission process.

IIM CAP 2026 EOI Submission Deadline Extended Till January 28

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) participating in the Common Admission Process (CAP) 2026 have extended the Expression of Interest (EOI) submission deadline for shortlisted candidates. Applicants who cleared the first stage now have time until January 28, 2026, 4 PM to complete the EOI process online.

The extension aims to help students facing technical or scheduling issues. The CAP process covers Personal Interview (PI), slot booking, and final admission rounds for multiple new IIMs.

As per the latest update, the EOI submission window will remain open from January 21 to January 28, 2026. Candidates must complete their form and confirm submission before 4 PM on the last date.

Only those who submit the EOI within the deadline will be allowed to participate in the Personal Interview (PI) round. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The Common Admission Process (CAP) is a centralized interview round conducted for several new and baby IIMs. Instead of separate interviews for each institute, candidates attend one common Personal Interview, and the scores are shared with all participating IIMs.

Final selection is based on CAT score, interview performance, academic history, and overall profile.

Applicants must first submit the EOI form, then wait for shortlisting updates. After that, they will need to select interview slots and pay the required application fee within the specified time.

Students should regularly check the portal and keep documents ready to avoid last-minute problems. Candidates are advised to check the official website and collegedunia.com for the latest updates.
