New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur has announced the launch of two cutting-edge programs: an Executive MBA and an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and Analytics.

IIM Sirmaur Executive MBA programs combine a robust academic curriculum with hands-on projects, case studies, and interactions with industry experts. The two EMBA programs will create opportunities for students to gather a “strategic outlook towards businesses, help aspiring leaders strengthen their decision-making and managerial skills, and develop cross-functional competencies.”

To apply for the EMBA program aspirants need to have at least 50 percent marks or an equivalent CGPA and a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience. According to the IIM Sirmaur Director Prafulla Y Agnihotri, “ The programs are pathways for professionals to build exceptional competencies and implement business analytics and modern practices to achieve sustainable growth. These executive courses will also offer an opportunity to the working professionals to upgrade their qualification without quitting their jobs.”

The course curriculum will consist of lectures in the form of discussions, case discussions, project work, term papers, role-plays, seminar presentations, assignments, management games, simulations, etc.

The Executive MBA program will equip students in operations, marketing, finance, strategy, human resources, etc., and the Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and Analytics will help students acquire knowledge of emerging technologies to drive sustainable growth for their organizations.

The program will be conducted on the state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform. Aspirants need to visit the campus to get hands-on experience and interact with faculty and industry experts.

As per the institute's recommendation, the Executive MBA program is best suited for professionals with 5-10 years of experience who are mid-to-senior-level managers, entrepreneurs, business owners, and C-Suite aspirants.

The Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and analytics is suited for professionals engaged in technology teams, startup, and tech leadership, as well as business-technology consulting roles.
