IIM Bangalore has announced the first shortlist cut-offs for UG Admissions Test 2026–27, based primarily on QADI scores and category-wise requirements.

IIMB UG Admissions Test 2026–27 Cut-offs Out

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has released the cut-off criteria for preparing the first shortlist for admissions through the UG Admissions Test for the 2026–27 academic session. The shortlisting process is based on candidates’ performance in the UG Test 2025, along with category-wise minimum percentile and total score requirements.

Key Criteria for First Shortlist Preparation

  • The first shortlist is mainly prepared based on performance in the Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation (QADI) section.
  • Candidates must meet the minimum prescribed QADI score to be considered for shortlisting.
  • There are no sectional cut-offs for English Comprehension (VARC) and Logical Reasoning (LR).
  • Candidates must secure a positive raw score in all sections of the UG Test 2025 to be eligible.

For candidates included in the first shortlist, IIMB computes a pre-PI (Personal Interview) score. As part of this stage, a gender diversity weightage of 5 points is applied. This gender diversity component is used only for calculating the pre-PI score and does not carry forward to later stages of the admission process. Based on the pre-PI score, candidates are shortlisted for the next stage in accordance with the Government of India reservation norms.
