JEE Main 2026 Session 1 BArch/BPlan Answer Key Released; Objection Window Open Till February 20

NTA has published provisional answer keys and response sheets for JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 exams.

NTA Releases JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Provisional Answer Key For Paper 2

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has uploaded the provisional answer keys and recorded response sheets for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Paper 2A (B.Arch) and Paper 2B (B.Planning) in January 2026.

Candidates who appeared for these papers can now check their responses and raise objections online. The challenge window is open for a limited time, and applicants must pay a prescribed fee per question to submit objections through the official website.

As per the official public notice dated February 19, 2026, NTA has released the provisional answer keys along with question papers and recorded responses for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Paper 2 exams.

Candidates who find any discrepancy in the answer key can submit challenges online within the given deadline. No objections will be accepted after the closing time.

Which Papers Are Covered?

The answer key has been released for:

  • Paper 2A (B.Arch)
  • Paper 2B (B.Planning)

Paper 2A included Mathematics and Aptitude Test (MCQs) along with Drawing Test, while Paper 2B had Mathematics, Aptitude Test, and Planning-based MCQs.

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question to challenge the provisional answer key. The payment must be made online through Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking only.

The last date to complete the payment is February 20, 2026, up to 11:50 PM. It is important to note that the fee will not be refunded even if the objection is rejected, and no challenge will be considered without successful payment.

How to Challenge The JEE Main 2026 Answer Key?

Candidates can follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website.
  2. Click on “Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key.”
  3. Login using Application Number and Password.
  4. Select the question ID to challenge.
  5. Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file.
  6. Save the claim and pay the required fee online.

After expert review, if any challenge is found correct, the answer key will be revised. The final answer key prepared by subject experts will be binding on all candidates.

Once all objections are reviewed, NTA will release the final answer key, and the Session 1 Paper 2 result will be prepared based on the revised answers. Candidates are advised to check the official website and collegedunia.com for the latest updates.
